A fun, charming romp through a bright, cheerful world with all your space pals! Wonder Wickets does a lot of things right, like expanding on the golf-game genre in unique ways. Being able to nudge the ball while it's travelling makes those tricky, close shots a lot less aggravating and a lot more about finesse. You can even change the amount of friction and speed the ball has, letting you try out some interesting shots and interactions with the different terrain types. The art and sound and atmosphere is absolutely mesmerizing! All of the characters are cute, cuddly, and positively oozing with personality. There are tons of little, flavor-filled animations and effects that contribute a lot to world-building. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy-go-lucky. No drama or dark twists here, everyone is just out to have a good time. Wonder Wickets is delightfully cute, polished, and fun. I hardly ever feel compelled to leave a review, but it is clear from the moment you start playing how much love and attention went into the making of this game. The game would be well worth its price with just the most basic features, but they've also added a plethora of fantastic additions, like a level editor, online multiplayer, and more. I fully recommend it!

I've been following the blog posts from the devs for months (back when the whole playable cast wasn't even revealed yet !), and every expectations were fulfilled if not exceeded. The game is very polished, it's beautiful, it's fluid and easy to maneuver. There's only a couple of very minor bugs that will quickly be launched; there was a lot of playtest behind it. It's also unique in its genre, solving puzzles and challenges feels rewarding in itself. The people that made the game are sweethearts too. They're very social and fun to talk to. There's just so much heart that was put into this game, and the results are successful. I highly recommend that you not only purchase the game, but also check what the dev's have to offer. Everything is worth it.

Wonderful and cute game! The whoe aesthetic is very delightful and its take on the fantastical mini-golf genre is unique, even as it's favorably remniscent of games like Kirby's Dream Course. There's a little bit of a learning curve involved, but once you get the hang of it, you get great satisfaction out of pulling off trick shots. Give it a go!

Wonderfully charming and addictive game. Can see myself sinking dozens of hours into this in the future. Everything has a really great polish to it's gameplay. It's familiar and intuitive, but creative as well. I've been keeping up with this game for a few years and it always looked fun, but actually playing it is far more so. I urge everyone on the fence to pick it up. This game deserves some love.

As much as I want to recommend Wonder Wickets for its Kirby's Dream Course-style take on minigolf, the ability to slightly alter the ball's movement during each shot, the adorable presentation and the addition of a level editor, the fact that your character has to physically walk to the ball for the next shot just kills the pacing for me. It gets even worse when you have to walk the span of the stage pushing blocks into position or activating levers while avoiding enemies and then walk all the way back to take your next shot. Some levels become very tedious to replay for medals because of this. If that one aspect doesn't bother you, though, I probably can recommend it in that case (especially seeing how it's become free to play as of this writing), so perhaps consider this a mixed review. I can't believe there are so few reviews for this game. For such a low price, you get one of the most adorable, fun, and sometimes deliciously challenging games out there. The cast is adorable, the art is just perfect - if you're looking for a fun game to get into that you can play on and off, absolutely get it. This game needs more love!

A wonderful and delightful golf game that has a lot of charm. Controls can be a little finicky at times but the overall atmosphere of the game definitely makes up for it.
