Cheap game, great fun game if you're drinking with buds and they've updating the game with new monsters, fish, and quality of life like at least 10 times since I bought this 3 months ago. I like it to play with my friends after a long day of work or competitive games.

About the Game

We’ve got a once-in-a-lifetime offer for you, something worth more than GOLD: digital assets! You’ll never see these items again or maybe not at all, since some of them aren’t even made yet.
Dive in now and embrace your debt, just like those big studios, we’re throwing in a few bugs for free. You are welcome!

Grab your free “totally worth it” digital stuff and make your friends jealous.
When this game blows up, you'll flip those skins on the grey market.
Grab six of your friends if you have them. If not, make some new ones. Haul the fish, patch the boat, and stay afloat. Just don’t let the darkness consume your soul.
The world’s ended somehow, but it’s still important to stay fancy because what else do we have? Find the silliest, fanciest hats for your “friends.” After all, what lightens up certain death better than a silly hat?
You could try to fish alone, but you’ll fail. Team up, catch the fish, sell the haul, and maybe just maybe you’ll survive to fish another day. Plus, if you’re lucky, you might even score a fancy new hat.
Go on, try to pet the big thing out there in the open sea. I dare you. It probably won’t kill you. Might even be your biggest haul yet. Ready to find out, chum?

GOYSLOP ALERT
this game boring many bugs
Hard to recommend in its state. Buggy and not in the fun way.
love the game ! cant wait to see where they go with it.
I know I will really enjoy this game. But currently, it's a bit of a fish slimy mess, but that's okay because there are pretty frequent updates and the Dev seems very keen on fixing things up. I do have some criticisms, but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy what I did get to play. I do think it's a little unbalanced with the timing situation. As soon as we would pull up to a fishing spot, no sooner do we get bobbers in the water, we're getting bombarded with a beeping radar,
tentacles, and ghosties,
all on top of a breaking engine, no longer than half way through the first day. It was only two of us playing, but that's the usual amount I have in co-op games, but it seems we need a much bigger crew to combat all of this. I feel it would be impossible to tackle solo. Some of the bugs I encountered were the fact that I didn't even need to kick
the tentacle,
I just had to walk up to it and it would disappear, and we were having issues selling our ...
Pretty good, love the concept. Lethal Company meets Gone Fishing / Dredge. But, as most reviews say, the game needs more time to cook and get basic features. I can't recommend it right now, but I'm keeping my eye for updates! What's here is fun for about 40 minutes until you get used to / practiced in it. My issues: - No Save Files - The Grid shows exactly where the Megalodon is. Makes it boring / cheapens the experience. Hearing it and looking for it is enough. Showing it on the grid is boring and too easy to deal with it. - The Megalodon giving a one-shot-kill to the boat is... also boring. Wouldn't it be more spooky to have it attack and deal X amount of attacks to the ship before it sinks? - Tentacles keep going invisible. - Ghosts, Tentacles, The Megalodon - is that it? Nothing else really scary and the threats are easy to avoid / deal with. - The game loses its mysteriousness and interest in about an hour of gameplay. Nothing to keep me coming back to it presently. -...
