Peaks of Yore

This game made me realise I love climbing games. Every new climb is challenging in it's own way, and when you get better, you easily do old climbs you used to struggle with. Peaks Of Yore is the highlight of my life, and I took HRT for the first time. It beats having boobs.

Peaks of Yore is a game about a crazy scottish man that loves climbing mountains. It is the true experience of being scottish and I had a love of fun with it. It can be so obseenly hard but when you acheive these challenging peaks it feels so rewarding, especially without using ropes. I have beaten the highest peak the game has to offer and I can confidently say that I truly peaked my yores. Would recommend.

Very fun game. Play if you like climbing, or play if you like swinging and jumping. This game will make you sweat. This game will make you stress out and tense up. But fear not. Being 5 minutes on a climb and looking down might at first feel stressful, but just wait until you're 10 minutes on, or 15, or 30, or 1 hour on a peak. I swear bro this game is awesome. Spoiler alert, but the last two peaks are rather long. For those who know the last peak, I was 3 hours and 40 minutes on my ascent when I fell during the last section (about 20-30 minutes from the peak). I had about 17 ropes left so I should've been using them, but whatever. I uninstalled the game.

Decent game to play on the side while you're watching a movie, I enjoy just going Free-solo and taking my L's if I miss a jump

Amazing game. Teaches everything perfectly and at a good pace. Dozens of hours of content with achievements on top of that easily giving a game to be played for over 100 hours. Only negative is that it will make your hands hurt after a couple hours of climbing (But that's realistic!) 10/10 game

What do climbers do when they aren't climbing? Playing Peaks of Yore. What do Celeste players do instead of wavedashing every 0.2 seconds? Playing Peaks of Yore. It's difficult yet relaxing. The movement is versatile, you can go slow, you can jump or you can skip half the level and feels very satisfying. There is always more to be done (insanely difficult to 100%). The NPCs have personality. Cleaning items is therapeutic. Play Peaks of Yore.
