I'm usually not a big RPG player myself, but so far the little time I put into this game has been great. As with most old-school RPGs the mechanics are pretty simple, but the writing and the omnipresent humour really make this game enjoyable. Some dialogues are downright hilariously unexpected and I've laughed quite a few times because of that. Overall the atmosphere really comes together with the music. It's surprisingly well written and sometimes catchy. For the price and for what's advertised I really don't have anything negative to say about it. My only gripe is that I'm bad at finding the right answers to move on in quests, but that really comes down to me being crappy at RPGs.

No journal to remember where I am or what to do next. Got stuck couldn't figure out getting to troll mountain after i got a potion.
This is a short but great game if you like riddles and exploration. The story is great and I really enjoyed the dialogs (with multiple choices)! Don't expect any quest log though, nor much fighting, you just have to find money, by any means possible, to save your daughter (but beware of the consequences!). If you get stuck, just try again the day after and you'll see things you missed.
I bought the game on sale for .50 cents. I wasn't expecting much. The game is incredibly short. I wasn't expecting a ten hour adventure, but I was expecting more organization such as a quest log and a longer game. The only reason I put four hours into the game was because I got stuck with no good hints in game. Once I could forgive, twice.... I can't recommend this game because of these reasons. Not bad...just not good. I was interested in the story and gameplay, and while there is obviously more story, it feels like a cash grab. They turned one game into two for extra money. I could be wrong, but as a player, that's what it looks like!
Legends of Iskaria is a fun small game, with quite some fun and lots of hidden things and jokes. The dialogs are well written and your answer choice can impact your gameplay. The music is cool fits well the atmosphere of the game.
RPG Maker strikes again! Legends of Iskaria: Days of Thieves is one of hundreds of low effort retro-pixel RPG Maker asset/construction kit flips spamming the Steam catalog, made with the RPG Maker video game construction kit... in their own words, "Our easy to use tools are simple enough for a child." Like all RPG Maker "games", this is essentially a bunch of low quality/canned assets from RPG Maker coupled with a cringeworthy high school anime club fan fiction. This is completely typical of most RPG Maker asset flips. Stock assets everywhere, godawful story with some of the worst writing imaginable (and not just because English doesn't seem to be the developers first language, Google Translate might help). Combat, level and map design are also completely sub-par. The developer couldn't work out how to use the RPG Maker journal features so many players just gave up when it was unclear what to do in this very short ~2 hour game (2 hours of your life you can never get back, I shoul...
Interesting concept and an entertaining way to spend an afternoon. I wish it was a bit longer, though I'm interested to see what kind of sequel follows.
Crap game, made with RPG Maker?
Interesting little game with good, often witty dialogue and characters. Lots to discover and outcomes are dependent on choices made. I look forward to the next installment of the story. Hope it will be soon!
