Awesome bite-sized twin stick shooter! Definitely satisfied my craving for a bit of retro action. Finding out the secrets was a fun extra piece I wasn't expecting, too.

Somehow my review got deleted, so... Review pending developer updates... The dev is actively listening to the players and making tweaks to help improve gameplay.

I got this for $1 and feel I got my money's worth after 45 minutes of play. Beat the first 4 bosses then didn't feel like I wanted to play again. But I came back the next day because I realized even though it's easy, it is a good, simple pass time game. It is very simple, and actually pretty easy. But I like that it's well done and casual. Weapons are totally OP if you collect them wisely and stack them. An easy buy for an hour or two of twinstick fun, without too much frustration. I got around 4 hours and I think that's it for me. Oh yeah, the sound track is absolutely AMAZING. Worth the money alone for that.

I already own this on Android, but thought I'd pick this up when it was on sale to give it a good review here. It's a good little SHMUP; the controls are tight, later levels feel challening but never unfair, and the way the powerups layer on top each other becomes very satisfying to use. I've played a lot of flash and Steam top down shooters, and while all of the giant, constant explosions and flashing colors can be entertaining, the graphics here avoid cluttering the screen with a lot of garbage - I like some visual flair, sure, but I like being able to see what I'm doing too.

Minimal yet satisfyingly fleshed-out twin-stick shooter with a cool soundtrack. I love how intense the bosses can get, even if you're fully powered-up. For the price there's really no reason not to pick this up if you're looking for some fun arcade-style action.
