About This Game

Surround yourself by three walls of falling bricks as you work as fast as you can to clear them. Using quick timing and careful placement you will move the bricks into complete rows to remove them before they become too high. As you clear more and more the challenge will only become harder as the bricks fall faster and appear more rapidly. How long will you last?

This game has some flaws, but if you are a fan of tetris and have a vive this title is certainly worth the low asking price. 3 boards may seem intimidating at first, but you can freely move falling blocks to any grid. Also unlike classic tetris games, you can not only rotate a block, but flip it as well. This makes it easier to fit blocks quickly. Aside from fun gameplay, it is also a great light cardio workout (which means you need a decently sized play area to actually play this game). You'll be reaching high, turning rapidly, and ducking low to construct as many lines as possible. As for the flaws, the game severly lacks in customization. Being able to change the background image, or at least the color would really make this that much more pleasant to play. While gray does help keep you from getting distracted, the option to jazz it up would be very welcomed. My biggest complaint in customization though is the inability to toggle the music on/off. The ingame music has very few t...

Brick Stack VR was fun to play. It ran well and was really cool to play tetris with 3 different game boards. Can twist, flip and move the blocks however you want until they hit the 'ground' It could use some catchy music, and I did have 2 blocks snap to places I didnt want them to go. Heres a video of me testing out the game... https://youtu.be/RrnNwKk16sw

It's perfect for what it is. If you like tetris you are going to love this. Even if you don't and just want a nice body and mind workout, it's great.

I haven't played the game for too long as of yet, but it's a very compitently put together tetris style game. Very enjoyable, runs well, and the dev seems to be updating the game based off review feedback. A simple concept well executed.

It's not bad for a simple tetris game. I wish there were different sounds for blocks appearing compared to moving and placing. Also sometimes when placing the blocks in 1 wall they will jump unexpectedly, even to another wall. The level progression could be better too. The cross blocks and skulls should come in much later or have options just to disable them. Sadly I don't think the dev is interested in this anymore so I'm not expecting updates But for the price it's a bit of good fun and exercise, mixed with a good dose of nostalgia.

I can't believe I never wrote a review for this. I'm really sorry, Andrew. I bought this when the Vive first came out and it was and is a great game that fills the niche you expect it to. The graphics are spartan, but who cares. It's tetris. You stand in your space, with a wall in front of you and to your sides. Bricks of familiar shapes will fall on ALL sides, but the game starts out pretty slow so you get used to keeping track. That said, once it gets to the usual pace it gets pretty frantic. Which is good, I don't think I would have been engaged by a single wall long in VR. In short, until someone makes a flashier Tetris clone - buy it. Hell, even if someone does - Brick Stack is 3.99, on sale for 1.99 fairly regularly it seems. An absolute steal for a classic game adapted for VR.

Worth every penny of the asking price. everything else you need to know is in the description. it is tetris with a few new shapes and challenging blocks.

This is a surprisingly fun game. A great VR interpretation of one of my favorites growing up - Tetris. A casual game, good for the non-gamer or to introduce someone to VR.
