My favorite thing about indie games is getting windows into people's lives and hearts. Big games, even if they're incredible and moving on their own, don't have that same personal connection given the scale of how many people are involved in them. Insignificant is very rewarding in that respect because it's so obviously a labor of love and so deeply personal to the developer. Despite being a very different game overall, it evoked the same feeling in me that Stardew Valley did—this really adorable, challenging, neat experience that made me feel happier, a little calmer, and genuinely made me appreciate the (literally, in this case!) small things.

Insignificant is a 3D indie action-RPG where you come from a race of people three inches tall, trying to survive in a world made for humans. When you’re this tiny, even the smallest critters can become the most dangerous of adversaries.
Developed by a solo game designer, Insignificant is built around its story, burying mysterious secrets all around for those with the curiosity to seek them out.

While Insignificant has not been officially rated, please note that it is free from explicit language, gore and sexual content. In my own estimation, Insignificant is suitable for players of all ages.
