Even for alpha, this is pretty omega... Short version: DON'T buy this right now. It's got a lot of work that needs done on it before it's playable. Long version: As a concept, a top-down voxel zombie survival game with RPG elements sounds pretty cool. This game is far from being anywhere NEAR a game. Graphically, it's a decent looking game for being in alpha. That's about the only thing going for it, though. Sound-wise, it's completely lackluster. The zombies are acceptably voiced, but the lack of any background music makes it a dull experience. The controls are a bit iffy, having to aim your mouse in the direction you want to go WHILE moving WASD in the same direction. It would be a hell of a lot better if W was forward, S was down, etc. Gameplay is incessantly difficult. To pick up anything, you have to go to no less than two menus. This makes it extremely difficult to pick anything up if there's even one zombie on the sc...
the first minute i played this i wanted a refund
There is good material here for a futur gem, and here some of what i think should be added, or improved. To add : -Skill tree, experience gain and level up. -Events on the map -More zombie types (maybe zombie dogs and cats too) -More detail on the map, variety (different sorts of trees, nice grass, lots of new objects, broken cars in the streets, etc etc etc) -More weapons, especially snipers (with scope), rocket launcher, flamethrower, grenades. -More energy for the character by default, to be able to run more. -Night and day cycle -Better procedurally generated system (some zones are empty). If the dev adds already all this, the game will become fantastic. Oh and for sure, cards and achievements too. <3 Keep up the good work !!
needs some work as low content, until this has further updates I would avoid. Given no updates since feb i'm not happy.
There is no1left to work on this game. It has been abandonned. Buying this was a total waste of my precious money. It was 16 Euros at the time when I bought it. I could have done a lot nicer things with that money. Like buying a pizza, a coke or a sky veteran medal. F*ck this game.
