About This Game

In this dark visual novel series, each Chapter follows a new protagonist, caught in the crossfire of conflicting powers — human and inhuman alike. Their stories are separate, but the choices you make in one Chapter will twist the next in ways you won’t see coming.

 • Six connected Chapters, each with their own lead.

 • A branching narrative that remembers everything.

 • Dark arts, occult mysteries, and a world being undone.

You’re the leader of a mercenary squad on a routine job: find a bioengineer, extract him, and get out. But things go sideways when you encounter strange people bearing the same mark. As the full moon rises, it becomes clear you’re no longer the hunters. You’re the prey.

 • 5 playable characters

 • 6 possible endings

 • Over 20k words. Choices made here affect all future Chapters

 • 100+ hauntingly detailed scenes, hand-drawn in comic book art style.

 • Animated characters, intense cutscenes, and pulse-pounding combat.

 • Directed and designed by Soh, the original artist behind the SkullX setting.

 • Turn-based combat woven into the dark heart of the story.

 • Each character comes with their own unique set of skills.

 • Relentless, ghastly opponents that will claw at your sanity.

Find others. Share what you’ve seen. Compare what you remember.

i will admit im just not smart enough to fully complete this game however having to look for clues that literally arent in the game is just not nice i can get behind the difficulty and looking inbetween the lines but if i have to guess how many times i have to notice the time loop (while being a meany for the +self control) and if what im looking for is something that isnt even in the game is just not enjoyable (ps i dont even know where to look outside the game to find the clues i need which i dont even know what they are some guy on discussions said i have to (cause the game doesnt tell you this))

In my opinion, this is a very solid game. The characters are very well written with everyone having a different personality. The combat isn't bad, it may be difficult to understand at first, but after a few loops ya get the hang of it. The story is interesting, but kinda hard to understand without paying attention. The puzzles aren't that hard
(other that the true ending one)
which in my opinion is good. If you are trying to only get the true ending the game is kinda short, as you are supposed to figure it out after a few loops and not by using a guide.
the ending is making me think that there will be another game, and i hope there will be as this was fun.
And remember the bald one is NOT coming to hug ya.

The game is very fun to play, has good combat, and has very nice storytelling. However, the puzzles, on the other hand, are EXTREMELY convoluted, and if I'm being straight with you, downright annoying to solve. But other than that, I'd give this game about an 8/10. Personally I'd only recommend getting this if you know how to decipher codes and have a decent amount of patience.

So far i've spent about 10 hours in this game and its just right for me! The combat is similar to darkest dungeons, but slightly more forgiving, the puzzle's took me a fair while to do and require you to pay attention. The art style is nice and the how the story plays through your choices made the multiple runs you have to play to find everything not feel repetitive and the dialogue felt real and rewarding. Would give this a 9/10, can't wait for more chapters.

Great game and i having a lot of fun with it so far, but theres 2 things that are bothering me. First is that i cant use a controller for it. For some reason whenever i try, it fights my mouse and infinitely tries clicking and moving to the right. I can play with K and M but i prefer controller, but thats probably an easy fix. Second, is the combat is a little too erratic and punishing. The medic heals for 2 hp, while youre getting hit for around 9 or so on average. Its just not worth it except to cleanse debuffs, but even then id rather try to kill the person doing it. And another thing is nothing is reliable. I did the same fight multiple times trying to get through it for another outcome, and the attack order was different every time. Sometimes id go first, sometimes they would, sometimes someone would be first in the order, other times theyd be last. Very frustrating since i cant plan around it. I see the speed stat, but i dont understand how it ties to order if everything goes ran...
