Teddy's Haven - A Fantasy Inspired Shop Simulator

I found this game because vtuber Nimi Nightmare was playing it on her stream. It checked off several boxes for me which were base improvement, exploration, fantasy world, skills, and leveling so I knew I wanted to try it. So far it's quite cute and am looking forward to leveling up hoping all these raw materials I collected can be used to create even more things to sell. I hope for even more interesting things to be added in the future.

First, hats off to the developer, it's a really therapeutic game. I'm going through some pretty difficult life stuff right now, and this is the kind of game I need to find some peace. I love how the game doesn't really put that much in the way of demands on you, just explore, enjoy, and build whatever shop you want. Second, thanks to Nimi Nightmare for nerding out over this game. I get her enthusiasm for it. Thanks for streaming it, I wouldn't have known about it otherwise, and I really need this kind of game right now. I recommend this game to anyone who's struggling right now with anything that is difficult or overwhelming in life, if you feel stressed out and overwhelmed, and other games don't relax you anymore, try this one for a bit. It's simple and chill, and doesn't put much of any demands on you, other than getting the change right. And it's pretty deep, so there are a lot of things to do and discover.

This is a fabulous game, but beyond that, it is a true expression of the therapeutic nature of art. The dev is creating something to help process their experiences in a healthy and benevolent manner, and that energy carries through. Beyond that, the actual mechanics and level of coziness and customization are really earnestly solid. I think my favorite thing is just that everything has been thought of in a way that feels immersive, from ordering inventory to checking customers out--it all feels really "in-universe" and helps me to calm down and process my own experiences. I hope the developer continues to find support from the community, and that he continues to find comfort in producing such a lovely game. To the developer, thank you for being the architect of such a thoughtfully-crafted and compassionate world. <3

I bought and played this because of Nimi Nightmare playing it on stream, its really fun and cute shop simulator

Every other shop style simulator wishes it was half as charming, aesthetic, and cozy as this one is. Since the start I was immediately charmed, from the graphics to the music. The fact that this game is so much more than just running a shop is amazing as well. You don't just buy products and then shelf them, and then sell them like every other supermarket simulator, or playing card shop. Oh no. You have an entire island to explore, plants and fruit to collect, rocks and colorful crystals to mine, and items to craft. The cows and sheep and rabbits? Not only can you pet them, you are encouraged to, and you get things like milk and wool by doing so. Are those fricken Raptors?!? Yep. Go give them a pet. You want to go into the unfinished castle? You can, you just gotta be creative. Nowhere in the game is barred from you traveling to. Nowhere. In fact, by going outside the bounds you end up finding stuff. Then there's the rng GIANT spirits that will visit your little have...

Pretty fun. I really enjoy the manner that you implemented things. I will catch that titan and touch that crystal! Naplings ftw

Love this game. 10/10 would travel out of bounds to meet the Octopus God again. Also, super cozy shop management/exploration sim and I can't wait to see what it's like after the final version is released.

Playing this game makes me happy. Like, actually happy. That is not something a lot of games can do. Also, a goose bought two axes, a dagger, and an egg from me, and didn't want any change. I am not sure what exactly I have facilitated, but I strongly suspect that the King's guards will be around to take my testimony any day now.

A decent enough game with potential, but with a terrible dev that will unfortunately never see it through. When they're not busy adding random things that people don't want while removing the things we like, they're censoring discussion by deleting posts (here, Reddit, etc) without word or communication as to why. Do not support censorship. Do not support this dev.
