Fun little game for $1. I enjoyed the design of the Snowman character.

For $2 I had a decent time. There is the skeleton of a game here I think could be really good though. I understand this is most likely a first from the developer if I had to guess. I really like the rouguelike elements here, and this game makes me want a full blown retail simulator with those roguelike elements. In fact, I think that is what the game should have focused on, rather than trying to put the horror elements into it that don't really do anything for me. Overall, for $2 this is a fun little game. I enjoyed my time with it, and hoping the dev does something like this again and really pushes those roguelike elements, those were the best part of the game imo.

When this passed in my steam queue I thought it was gonna be another bargain bin "Mascot Horror" game. I'm absolutely thrilled to report that its not. In fact for a dollar its really solid! While there are horror elements its more in the style of the pappas games. You have been hired in to run the front end of The Ice Bin, a local ice cream shop. And all you have to do is get 800 dollars in 11 days. While it sounds simple enough if you aren't paying attention you can in fact lose at the last second. There's this rouge like element after each shift where you pick a new item to add to your store and that can make or break you. You could just keep adding flavors, or just take 60 dollars. Sometimes that may help you more depending on what items you get throughout the nights. It's moderate sizes and only 1 dollar so yeah I would recommend it.

This game is Cromulant. For a mere $1.99 I was succinctly subverted. Nonetheless, adrenaline was dumped into my blood stream several times. I am what you might call, a big scardy-cat. Coil's Containment is truly a masterful addition to the lore of Gamer History.

yeah, it's a short weird little retail simulator. the horror stuff is way too light like most retail horror games, but the sim part was fun so I didnt care. maybe another retail horror game one day will get that you have to add the spooky during the workday in a gameplay sort of way. having a creature outside the window like 1 time doesnt count.

This game is very fun and easy to navigate. The horror was surprisingly scary and had me on my toes. I liked getting a new flavour or item after each day and the toy machine is a nice touch. The game also isn't too easy and you have to choose your items and customers wisely in order to get enough money. Would definitely recommend!

I wanted to check out this neat indie game, and I thoroughly surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The rouge-like aspect of the daily ice cream shifts really makes you consider how to optimize each day which is a challenge I enjoyed. Overall, great experience, and would recommend to anyone who is interested a cozy horror game.

Coils Containment is a very well made game. The roguelike horror is easy to get used to and the mechanics are well put together. The suspense coupled with art style amplify the horror aspect to truly scare you. The balance between horror and gameplay is perfect and does not lack difficulty, as making orders is time sensitive. Overall a great experience playing this game.

Actually a really nice little experience, short though it is. There is a really nice gameplay loop here, completing each day to pick an RNG unlock to ultimately earn $800. I would love a bigger game based around this, or at least an endless mode. If I were to tweak anything: 1) days are a little short with just three orders and 2) the days do not need to be crammed with them, but some procedural spooks would fit in well. Overall, though, well worth the price.
