Its good a fateful adaptation of the board game. It well priced and you get your money worth and is well put together for what it is. I can say it need some AI work but I don't see it a deal breaker is still good and the best thing I can say its was better release than other broad game ports that have no idea on how to make the transition and just take you money and run and only just get the game work have a mostly negative review and leave it at that. All in all it good go play it.

About This Game
On August 2, 1914, the young men of a small French village gathered in the town square in stunned silence to contemplate the General Mobilization order plastered to the door of the town hall. Soon, they will leave everything they know to head to boot camp for training, and then, to war. Will their friendship be strong enough to survive it?
In The Grizzled: Armistice Digital, players take on the role of soldiers facing the Trials and Hard Knocks of the first World War. They work cooperatively across a campaign where they confront the major events of the war. From the introduction scenario of Boot Camp, through the nine different Missions, everything that happens carries forward and affects the next steps of the game. Players will need to make good decisions and support each other if they hope to make it to the end of the war alive.

I've played THREE games now, and at some point in each, the game essentially ended when a card I played to No Man's Land just froze in space. The first time enlarged near the top of the screen. The second time scaled down as if it was in the No Man's Land, but not quite in line with it. The card has the blue glow around it, as if I'm selecting it, but the game thinks it's still in my hand but is displaying it frozen in space. I can withdraw from combat, play a lucky charm or play another card from my hand (on a future turn) but the original frozen card is still there. I can't interact with the card at all, so I can't finish the game, I'll always have one card in my hand. Very frustrating. I love this game (I have the board game and its expansion), but it's impossible to finish a game if it does this in the middle of every game. It runs fine for several rounds...but in both games, at one point, it just stops working. The game has a Bug Report button...fantastic. But after three failed ...
I would only recommend this game based upon the charm of the original card game, not really upon this computer implementation, because: - Bug reporting does not work - Online mode doesn't work - Campaign mode "forgets" the npc names, and continually refers to npcs as "bots" instead - Campaign mode only counts negative points and not positive points - some of the card actions lock the game up, requiring a game quit and game reload, in order to proceed - some of the card actions are hard to fathom - some card actions happen too quickly to see what is going on - some of the Steam achievements are unlockable, due to the numerous problems stated above All the above REALLY marrs the enjoyment and the uniqueness of the original game.
Terribly buggy, multiple game freezes and crashes. Couldn't get past chapter 4 because of the bugs. Had to start and stop each chapter multiple times because of bugs. Had to exit the game and log back in each time to continue the campaign. Terrible RNG, got the same starting hand every game until we got to chapter 4.
This game has so many bugs in the multiplayer game it is literally unplayable. We cannot finish a round with four people or re-join the game to try and continue -- it continually freezes and breaks in every condition, and the deck is not randomized. Needs extensive bugfixes!
Great digital edition of an already great game.

On both times I have tried to play the game it was impossible to finish the mission since either an AI player was not acting (stuck waiting for that), or not being possible to continue since there is no UI to perform what is requested. I have requested a refund.
Wow! I love cooop, cardgames, turnbased and wargaming but this is such a hot pile of garbage! - Game froze 3 (!) times during 1 hour multiplayer. Each time we had to reboot the game. - RNG is not working. New lobby, new game -> we were dealt exact same cards - When you re-connect a game existing values randomly change like lucky charms and whatnot - Music is really low-effort, just generic early XX piano - Tutorial is useless, you need to download and read the rulebook anyway - Stylized fonts are annoying to read - Game mechanics are nothing to write home about either, just a glorified solitaire (it can be done right but it's not one of those attempts)
Online game is way too buggy; game completely unplayable. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME ONLINE. Buy the board game; it's awesome.
