Not what i expected to be. But it has that Sol Survivor and Anomaly warzone vibes however that is not that issue. The issue is the fact that player gets stressed out right of the bat by starting very first MISSION with 4 different enemy entrances and exits (shouldnt this be a thing in a mid game?) and top of that with fixed building spots. Im fan of TD games i have played various TDs and non of them has this stressful beginning. The fact that enemy models are so tiny i can barely spot them and guess what, enemies leaked in first mission. This should never happen in first missions where enemies leak in beginning plus add 12 waves on top of that. Lol. I tired to perfect the mission so i restarted it and again enemies somehow manage to leak, the hell is that? Why restarted ? Because this game does not have rewind feature.

STORY:
The year is 2232 A.D and the crew of “Avalon” has crash landed on the planet Akris, while trying to investigate why the earlier drone ship carrying the AI terraformer bots lost contact. Fortunately, the planet is habitable because the terraformer ship and it’s AI bots had done their job to make “Akris” habitable and sustainable for life.
You are 1st officer Graves. It is up to you to protect the lives of the surviving crew. Defend all and secure resources from the onslaught of the out-of-control terraformer bots.
Use the engineering drone, erect defensive turrets, build various structures and collect resources. You need to survive at all costs to find out what caused the Terraformers to go rogue and not complete the terraformation.

Review at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=luZVt-pE_fc This is another unique tower defense game where you have a ship that will help you build towers. It is specific on where you can place the towers, which I am not a fan of. It does take some strategy as you can earn materials when you fail to upgrade your towers (not in game) to make them more powerful the next game you play. I wish there was a neutral setting as I would give one for this game.
Graphics: I feel like I'm playing a mobile game Controls: every single action is left click, including shooting and build and selling building level design: I don't think they play tested their levels, everything's fun until you're stuck and need to grind upgrades
It's a good game. It's not among my favorites. I think it is great for new comers to the genre, or casual players who want to try different types of games. I think most seasoned tower defense fans will agree with my assessment - good, moderately entertaining, but not among the best. The most important reason for my assessment is that it is relatively simple and so does not have the engagement that comes from more complex games in this genre. There are only three towers, with limited upgrades. There is also a drone, but you control it with the keyboard, or a game controller. With the game controller, it is not smooth and generally cumbersome to use. It works better with the keyboard, but I find that not as effective or entertaining as a mouse for these type of games.
A fun tower defense game, easier at times, quite challenging at others, great graphics and music, intriguing story for tower defense game. I highly recommend using (if not upgrading) the electric (slow) turret, it was a game changer for me once i started using it. Also, don't forget to funnel targets with the barricades, when available. ::)

There is lots of story telling, but frankly, it is too much blah, blah, blah. Luckily you can skip it most of the time. You don't buy these games for the story. I have almost never liked the stories associated w...
A very fun stratergy game and a steal at this price, I tried the VR and the flat screen, both are amazing and have a very different experience . Good job devs.
I play a lot of TD games and picked this one up for the VR aspect of it. Before diving into VR, I decided to try the Screen version first: it's okay. This is a run-of-the mill TD game with no strong differentiation and mid-low quality. The vibe is trying for nostalgic CnC with its voice, sound effects, and music, but think general low effort instead of the cheeky campiness of the CnC universe. The guitar riffs are grating and jarring in the soundtrack and the voice is a low-quality voice bank and has poor grammar. The gameplay is run-of-the mill, slow-paced, and generally more about working out the best pathway for the run after at least one failed playthrough, which you don't have any sort of indicator how many units are coming or which type, only direction, so often you're left realizing 3/4 of the way through the waves your layout is literally infeasible because you don't have enough tower slots to spend your money on, nor do you have effective enough upgrades to beat the waves wi...
Great game, really recommend it, the only problem I have with it is that some new enemies are coming way too late into the game it should be fun to have them early, Like the jammer that should have come faster. Something that need to be fixed so the mission that you need to "Download" and when its comming up to 100% the match its over, but i found a way to really cheese those mission with you let the flayers spawn and let them shoot me and becouse they cant kill me i just sitt there for the game to be over you shuld maybe fix so you cant do that. Other small problem its that the start tower the machingun its way to op and can complete the game almost by it self the only mission i didt need that was the last mission level 30 becouse i just use the laser gun and delete everything haha
