This is a nice game, but a very short one at the moment. I have around 3000 hours in Terraria, and because of that I've rushed every boss in under 100 minutes. My suggestions: please expand the progression between bosses, so exploration actually matters, the game feels like a bossrush at the moment. Please remove/rework fall damage, it feels unfair and unintuitive because you have no downwards acceleration. Add more weapon alternatives, please, the standard weapon gets annoying quick. Experience fills way too quick when mining ores. Extra experience from quests disappears if you get a level. Also, I've stumbled upon a bug where Automatic Targeting System was circling around and not homing on enemies.
I have played 20 minutes and it has been a joy to play love the art style i hope more people buy this game :)
A great starting foundation with a lot of promise. Game runs good, is responsive, and is fun.
This game has genuine potential. There's no mistaking that it's heavily inspired by Terraria. It's bosses capture the difficulty of lategame Terraria Bosses very well, where it's more a bullet hell and you trying not to get hit. I do hope more content comes quick or I fear this game will fall through the cracks. I love the art style and the levelling aspect, I'm choosing not to refund this in hopes the devs don't give up hope!
A short and sweet (incomplete) game for folks who enjoy Terraria and want a taste of something familiar yet refreshing, or just those who enjoy other bullet hell action games. There isn't any real fluff, and you can jump straight into the action from the beginning or do some exploring or building if that's your thing. The aesthetic is pleasant and relaxing but not cutesy, and the difficulty accessible but not pathetically easy. Exploration is much more instantly gratifying than it is in some other games like this, though mostly due to the small size of the world. Even in the game's current state I felt satisfied for a six dollar experience, and there's more content down the pipeline to look forward to. That said, the game definitely needs some more technological refinement. The framerate is noticeably choppy though it isn't a massive hindrance, and with only few movement upgrades I easily became fast enough to outrun the world generation.
Really fun game, don't know why it doesn't have way more positive reviews.
Really fun little game. I love the visuals, boss designs are well done, love the rhythm type bosses and the music is also great. I really wish this game gets finished with more content one day. Only complaint is it ended too soon.
Great game 10/10 i can see a lot of potential
Loads of potential and pretty damn fun ngl. First of all the fights with the bosses are surprisingly fun despite some being pretty challenging and I like the mechanic of being able to choose a harder fight for more items and unique rewards. One thing I guess isn't really that bad but just a bit awkward is that the village defences are easily trappable/ exploitable, for example you can dig a pit that traps most of the enemies or build a hut with a roof that can contain the arrow rain and the elemental attacks. Another semi awkward thing is the building but I can understand that It isn't that high of priority when considering you're making more biomes and more content but I wish the building had a more development put into it. As previously stated this game could hold a ton of potential and I hope you see it through.
