unique setting with good characters. combat's hard, but rewarding to master. voice acting is quite good, feels suitably emotional. overall a nice game!
The combat/puzzle gameplay is very engaging - building up your arsenal takes some thought, and learning how new attacks and support items work together for different strategies is interesting. Also, the depth of the story is intriguing, as the blending of historical information with new moral dilemmas provides a lot to think about as you play the game. Plus, supporting characters act realistically and have their own motivations and personalities, which bring even more to the experience. Overall, a great game.
An interesting RPG in an unusual setting, Progeria puts you in the shoes of a young wizard, which is where everything suddenly shifts and you find Kirill involved in schemes of intrigue and politics, ultimately affecting the very world in which he lives. With a responsive dev and great potential for continual expansion, this is certainly worth a look if you like mystery and (pretty girls).
Progeria Vae Victis is a solid indie match 3 game that has a main highlight with it's world building. The setting feels both delightfully anime and yet plenty grim. I only played the route with Galina, but what I did see in that route did provide an interesting secondary viewpoint from that of the seemingly detached protagonist. I am excited to dive back in and see what other kinds of perspectives other characters will deliver as the game goes on. Overall, Progeria Vae Victis gets a recommendation from me for the world building alone, with the match 3 puzzle combat being an extra cherry on top.
I really liked the game. good plot and voice acting
Great game :>
Fun game
I like the part where everyone's Russian.
I will admit, a visual novel with characters and writing that actually caught my attention, which you could consider ironic coming from a guy who, admittedly, just blows through text and dialogue. It has some optimization issues, but overall, I like the story along with the gameplay.
