In this game, you play a copy of a fictional beta test version of the game "Andy's Apple Farm", a game that was supposed to be released in the mid-1980s. The game isn't actually a beta test, however, the game's version is designed to appear as one.
The game starts to "glitch" and reveal more of the story behind the game. This game has a lot of secrets to discover so it may require several playthroughs to have different experiences and fully understand the game's internal story.

This game was only good on release for it's lore and story. The horror aged terribly because it was basically an analog horror video game. The scares feel very plain and tacked on. I genuinely wish chapter 1 gets redone to evolve horror as a genre. If you wanted to, you could trace it's horror back to other 2010's horror. I was really disappointed when I played it again recently. I am still excited for chapter 2 though and more.

Update was pretty great, especially with the part where you can play a part of chapter 2. ( By changing 1 or more variables on your save file)
7/10, would've been a 10 but it's just because of the soul fact of delay for another update
i got to say the remaster is amazing this makes me love andy the apple and his farm even more, i may have a knockoff andy plush (i think) i still love this game. the one thing i don't like though is that the 'oh, god what have i done' was too long so i hope chapter 2 doesn't have anything way to long like that also the music is a banger
