Pretty wholesome stuff. You have shower-thought conversations with your friends (sometimes dates), then do snappy little match puzzles. Every friend's got a little character arc, exploring their personalities and a bit of their group dynamics. Autographed rugs will be obtained, trespassing will be done, and platonic hugs will be had. Everyone's into the same band — even the spirits you're swapping. Personally, I enjoyed its goofiness, as well as its more sincere moments. It is roughly equal parts gameplay and story, which helps keep the game fresh until the end (beyond that, there's the endless and local 1v1 modes). Difficulty settings allow for more relaxed or challenging puzzle gameplay, and puzzles can be skipped if you just want to get back to the story. That being said, I never felt the need to skip anything, story or gameplay. I think the tone of the story struck a good balance of being kind and comfortable, but not saccharine. Moments of comedy will hit different for everyone...

if you are looking for a fun visual novel with gaming elements, this is a fun game i would recommend to get while on sale! if you're looking for a puzzle game with a good story line, i wouldn't recommend this. i went in as the latter, but luckily love visual novels so still had a fun time. the story mode is Super short, but then it continues for another good two hours after it was over? not really sure why they said it was over when it wasn't. your story lines with the characters don't interact At all, meaning you can be a slut and romance them all (lol) but sometimes it got annoying that my partner was trying to work things out with their ex in front of me because that story line didn't cross over? loved the queer representation and cultural representation (So many new pastries i'm going to try after learning about them in here) as well! there's an unlimited mode if you want to focus on just swapping as well! really cute, but definitely make sure you know your priorities before gettin...

The art is great, the vibes are great. The story seemed a bit flat, and the swap gameplay was pretty buggy: Sometimes blocks would float in the air or get stuck, and sometimes the AIs would get in a loop of rapidly swapping the same two pairs over and over. I'm happy to support the game, but I don't plan to play more of it

Incredible take on Tetris Effecf/Panel De Pon with a heartwarming story and great music. Super recommended. Loved every minute.
