About This Game

Much like, Vectromirror 0™, the focus of this experiment remains the same. Attempting to trigger an emotional response from our AI Test Subject, in hopes of achieving sentiance. We have found that two of the main pillars for human emotion seem to be Trust and Misery which helps dictate human reactions.
During the previous experiment, Vectromirror 0, the Test Subject failed to grasp these emotional responses. Thus failing to achieve sentience. Despite these setbacks, we are confident that our goal is still within reach.
Step 1: Rebuilding the Experiment would come across better than just rebuilding the simulation
This new simulation, “Vectromirror™”—contains more advanced, rigorous trials than its predecessor experiment. The Test Subject still needs to traverse each course. Optimizing the Test Subject's pre-existing set of "special abilities" (e.g., wall-running, double jumping, parkour, etc.). Also added are a stasis hold/throw ability, which allows the Test Subject to further exercise creativity in puzzle solving and an ability to overcome obstacles.
At least, our previous experiment successfully proves that creatively implemented logic does correlate with humanlike emotional responses. We are confident that this new simulation will produce an undeniably, humanlike emotional state.
Vectromirror 0 is free for those in the community who wish to experience the initial experiment. Test Subjects may benefit from additional training in the previous courses if the new obstacles in Vectromirror prove to be more challenging.

Advanced Movement and Reflexes
The Test Subject proved capable of moving at breakneck speeds during initial testing. However, this did not optimize our desired mobility capabilities for the Test Subject despite this promising initial result. The Test Subject may now traverse surfaces easily while locking securely onto said surfaces.
Additional note: Each time the Test Subject is deployed, a different level of reflexive memory adaptability is produced. This variance should be closely observed.
Force Pull, Hold, and Push
Our previous test focused on the Test Subject's ability to remove objects in its path via push and pull manipulation. Unfortunately, this did not advance the AI's response system with enough significance, rendering this method insufficient. However, we decided to keep the Test Subject's ability to create massive blasts of energy intact. Rather than simple object manipulation, as was the case in the previous test, the Test Subject's energy blasts now allow it to hold objects in a suspended state and propel objects in a specific direction.
This allows the Test Subject to advance through the simulation and deactivates barriers in a far less...forceful manner than before (more surgically).
Accelerated Jumping
Further optimization includes its accelerated jump ability—more commonly known as a "double jump." We have increased the accessibility of this ability by allowing the "double jump" to activate so long as the Test Subject's first jump initiates from a solid surface.Instant Memory Recall Upon Destruction
We have also continued to allow for the Test Subject to "reload" its scenario progress to an earlier point (a "checkpoint") should it meet its demise. Besides, this instant recall ability will allow us to determine the effectiveness of the Test Subject's emotional stimuli.Screenshots

An incredible game. I've never played a game with better physics or game mechanics. The graphics are very unusual but unique. I can't think of any flaws.
Well, it's time to write something about the game. Pos: - really nice graphics for an Indie game - nice price level - interesting puzzles Other than that the game is like new :) . So, definitely recommend. P.S. i didn;t encounter any issues like at all and was able to progress pretty fast and furios. So far - a good relaxinf experience for me!
Vectromirror is not only fun but very challenging and rewarding I found it didnt hold my hand with in-game hints so it reminds me of games from the 80s and early 90s. The puzzle elements are great also and Im a big fan of the Tron like artstyle with a mix PBR material elements.
it can be pretty iffy with what it expects you to do sometimes but its a good game
EDIT: Another run-through after 2 patch updates and nothing has really changed. I was able to speedrun the first 2 missions with relative ease, however I'm puzzled with the inclusion of a speedrun timer when there are many points in the game where it will pause/stop you to tell you a bunch of story. The wall-running is still very unreliable and is apparent in the third level with the vertical wall you need to wall-run up to progress. Toggle Run should be off by default as it makes wall-running ever more unreliable. Holding shift to sprint helped with the gameplay but the momentum in the game is very floaty still especially with very tight jumps that are required in the third level it just doesn't make sense and just leads to more frustration. Parkour games like Mirror's Edge work -because- it has very tight controls and your character doesn't feel like its on ice. If more levels were released than maybe the issues are fixed? But I will not know until then. Its also a -very- short game ...
worse then the free version, got a refund.
I played Vectromirror 0 and thought it was the one of best games i had ever played, it felt so immersive and unique and i loved it, but now this one is so hard, glitchy, inconsistent and annoying that i can't bear to play it past level 1, the story is just ruined because of it's new founded straight forwardness and it annoys me, i'm devastated, Vectromirror 0 was amazing, this isn't.
Vectromirror is a really fun, fast-paced platformer with a futuristic art style and what's shaping up to be an interesting storyline. It has that special quality that I love in platformers: Progress is intuitive instead of hand-held by tutorials and the difficulty scales with your skill. If you like honing your skills on a challenging, but rewarding, precision platformer then you'll love this game! The early access version doesn't have all the levels that the final release will have, but all the core features are already there, ready to be enjoyed. Can't wait for the rest of the levels to come out.
Woa, that was pretty cool! The game was under my radar but I wanted to wait for the game to get more content before deciding to purchase and did not regret it I really enjoyed how the game has the two voices talking, that was pretty interesting (and the subtitles were super helpful) Out of all the levels, my favorite was the red one with the lava rising Looking forward to the rest of the content, will certainly come back to play them
