I just bought this game an hour ago. It comes with no instructions so I lost 4 times before I found out how to build things and get people. Even then finding out how to move those people into the buildings had to be found out. How do you win at this game? Don't ask me. In short I've played loads of better games for free.

About This Game
Can you survive in the city of Trenn?
In this fantasy themed, turn-based city simulation game, players will need to use their wits to see it through to the end! Your citizens will look to your leadership when successful, or they may abandon the town when you make massive mistakes. The choice is yours.
Your main objective: to build a prosperous town. To achieve this, you must recruit villagers and create a thriving city as you contend with world events like monster attacks and refugees, market upswings (or recessions), and trade deals with neighboring towns. Choose from various businesses such as: hotels, stables, and weapon makers! Each of these contributes a different purpose to Trenn and over time: will help you grow your empire.
Kalling Kingdom incorporates a simulated marketplace for players to take advantage of. Understanding just the right time to invest and sell could drastically alter the events to come. Organization, a keen eye, and a little risk could lead to big results when it comes to funding your town.
Do you have what it takes to lead?

User Reviews
Not fun in the current state. The UI feels very clunky and inconsistent. For example, when moving a villager to a building, you have to drag and drop them into the building, but the villager icon color barely changes when you are moving it above a building, which tells you that you can drop the villager here. The building you are dropping the villager to is also not highlighted, which means you sometimes populate the wrong building by accident. For the inconsistent part, it feels like the icon styles and sizes are all over the place. I also dislike the current sound effect design. Currently it feels like the volume levels between the SFX vary a bit much, for example the click and drag&drop sounds feel very loud in comparison to e.g. the farm details view SFX. The actual gameplay logic feels random to me, but this might be because I havent figured it out properly yet. For example the market is described as being based on the economy, but if I have no villagers and no buildings, there...
