Super Jigsaw Puzzle: Anime

It's a nice relaxing game when you just feel like chilling. Worth trying one game in the series if you might like puzzling on your computer. The series has the best system for computer puzzles I've tried. Review changed to positive as the option to turn rotation off has now been added by the developers - it's always good to see developers listening to feedback. I still much prefer the cities version, but that's based off my preference of images. Old review: I really loved Super Jigsaw Puzzle Cities and Monuments, but this one, not so much. Can rotation go to optional please? I understand people want it, but part of the relaxing fun of the games was that I wasn't frustrated by trying to figure out which way the pieces went. Also, an option for a plain background, rather than a hint of a picture that's completely different from the one you're doing at the time in the background.

Its taken me nearly twenty minutes to finish one forty piece puzzle. Which ticks both the boring and difficult box. The Artwork is bland and certainly not good enough to spend hours completing. There's a market for complex jigsaw puzzles thast take hours to complete but it isn't me. Doesn't help that the pictures aren't that interesting, that your options for sorting and playing with the pieces are limited, that the picture is small and you can't zoom in on it. Maybe there's a 79 pence game here if the gameplay is tidied up. Even on sale it seems overpriced.

I would forgive this if it wasnt for how insane the achievement requirements are, im usually never that bent on 100%ing but for something like this where it demands you complete every puzzle five times is ridiculous. In short the game may be cheap but its not worth suffering through hundreds of hours if it's your mission to get all achievements. Also the art's pretty meh too, enjoyed Furry Girl more than this.

Pretty good game but the 200+ pieces puzzles are a bit too hard.

A superb jigsaw puzzle program. Can choose a variety of total pieces per puzzle (max. 800) though I preferred 400. Each piece can me rotated/manipulated, thereby making the puzzle far more intricate & challenging. Am currently up to the "extreme" level. Beautiful anime & excellent graphics overall. Would recommend SUPER JIGSAW PUZZLE: ANIME to anyone who enjoys genuine, lengthy & detailed jigsaw puzzles.

Its just extremely repetitive, same pictures just different amount of pieces.

Its a great puzzle game, but I am an Achievement Whore. And the Achievements are not stackable. Meaning that in order to get a 100 percent in this game you would have to beat all 30 puzzles 5 times. Just to beat the 30 800 pieces puzzles, you would spend a very long time which i was committed to do, expecting that i would get the lower level achievements for it as well. But that is not the case. Just to put it into perspective; you would have to place 45600 pieces to get the 100% completion rate. Not making the achievements stackable feels like a punishment for playing a puzzle game on a pc instead of doing a real jigsaw puzzle. So yeah. To conclude. Very decent Puzzle game, but if you like achievements just walk away.
