About This Game

A spaceship is only as good as its crew! Failspace puts that testament to the test as you encounter different types of hazards when operating your space truck.

Play alone or co-op up to 4 people at once in your own space adventure where you can expect everything to go wrong! Try to complete cargo missions throughout the galaxy but remember that teamwork skills are crucial to become the best space trucker there is. So while your crew mate’s putting out a fire, go fix the shield or find out why the fire started. No lollygagging!

Fun co-op gameplay

Top off your stores of fuses and extinguishers at every station and use all the gadgets available to you to make it through!

Fast-paced & high-intensity VR experience

A good crew delivers their cargo on time. A great space trucker crew delivers their cargo on time with their ship intact. Be vigilant! An experienced operator will detect and prevent catastrophic malfunctions before they even begin or manage the ship's resources to direct more energy to the warp drive to make the trip even faster. There’s never a dull moment in space delivery!

Comical and chaotic, each play session lasts around 10 minutes requiring tight co-op communication and fast fixing physical skills, creating short bursts of fun with friends as everything potentially can go wrong.

The game NEEDS PATCHING POSITIVES * Can be fun if you get the right team mate to play with you * Its fun to flip the switches and stuff * I like the humour of the commentary SUGGESTIONS FOR THE DEVELOPERS * Needs a better tutorial or add a training video * Keep getting stuck in the walls * The controls are stiff and slow * Needs a better way to access to the in-game menu (took me hours to find out it only opens if you look at your wrist closely for 10 seconds) * The turn function isn't very responsive * It needs some shorter destination to start off with for beginners * The ship needs to work and not brake down for at least a short period of time * The tools need to be in the back of the ship where you need them not the front. (Adding a tool belt to carry the tools would be nice) * I'd like to use the trigger button to use the tools instead of pressing the button on the top of the tool * It would be nice if the manual can come up in your option menu instead of running to t...

kinda bummed. the game is overly complicated, in the places that dont need it. options are bare bones, wish they were more complicated. anyways, i think theres a few issues here. 1. instead of focusing on fun player interaction, and fun stuff to do, they instead double down on meters and numbers. everywhere there is numbers, to fix something, numbers, to move ship, get 4 switches to somehow equal out power even though you have no idea what one bar is, nonetheless how much is needed for each thing like warp drive. so that said single players a no fun go. 2. players. first room i got into no body talked. so we all ran around doing heck knows while looking at a million numbers and bars. then i try to exit, no exit button. even when joining, no games show until i click make my own, then back out and voila, the 3 lobbys show up. im sure that number will sadly dwindle, but i hope im wrong and it doesnt. 3.based on number 2, you can see that having friends to talk and play with is crucial. s...

Looks cool so far! I tried running the ship all by myself because no one else is online yet and it seems pretty fun. Kinda hard running around trying to figure everything out lol. Hopefully I can play with some people this evening.

The pictures dont match the game at all and the locomotion turning is very bad ngl also i cannot find the exit game button anywhere at all... also if you forget to buy a fuse on the ship and one blows out and you have no more while you are in space you are stuck and there is no rest button

A nice game that makes a good impression for early access. The community is still small at the moment, but let's wait after Christmas. :) What I think that is not so good: 1. In the lobby you should be able to switch from multiplayer to single player again when no players are online. 2. If you leave an online match and then want to join again, the lobby list says that the game is "closed" even though player slots are free. 3. The stairs to the lower level work very badly if you do not use a teleporter for the player movements. 4. Some switches at the stations are not easy to reach (example: fuel pump valve on the right) 5. Visit the space stations would be great! There you could then place the shop / sale for (fire extinguishers, fuses, computer chips). In the future, maybe even a shop for ship parts (generator parts, ward drive parts ...), one for technician tools / updates, one for ship painting, etc. 6. Like other developers, opens a discord server on which new players can...

There is very little gameplay in this game unfortunately, there is no save, there is not a lot to do, no progression. It seems there are like 3 scenario's (solar flare, electrified stuff, and asteroids) and that is about it. Each requires a specific set of actions to do, which are really really easy, as soon as you know what you are doing. Once you have had done this scenario's, and made like 5-10 jumps, you have seen it all. (about 1 hour of fun or so).

It has a solid groundwork laid, and some interesting ideas. Unfortunately, that's ALL it has right now. The ship is functional, and it can be played with others, but as the only thing to do is fly straight for about 30 second to 1 minute, arrive at next station automatically then do it again, it doesn't really offer much to actually do. It can be tricky to learn how to operate the ship but once everything is figured out it's actually rather simple to the point where even 1 person can keep the ship running reliably. I'm giving this a thumbs up only because I'm looking forward to where this game goes, but in it's current state, I'd call this a functional Alpha test of the base features and nothing more.

ABANDON WARE DO NOT BUY. I was really excited for this to release from all the original trailer. But for some reason, they changed literally everything from the original trailer of this game to this confusing, over complicated shit pile. Everything before in the original plan was perfect, a stressful game yet simple with how to fix/pilot your ship. You can see all of the original ideas on their twitter which has been inactive since 2020. I could barely figure out how to even get out of the station let alone fix it if something happens. They also expect you to fly with multiple people, so if you're doing it solo, you're guaranteed to fail. Do not waste your money on this abandoned mess.
