About This Game

Pipeline VR is a hectic virtual reality puzzle game, that pits you against a rising tide of torrential water. With the residents of Pipesville in desperate need of plumbers, can YOU solve their plumbing emergencies?

Connect pipes using handy-o-matic magnetism, allowing you to build elaborate, messy mazes of pipes with satisfying ease, but keep an eye on that pressure or you could find yourself in hot water.

Don't panic, you're not technically against the clock. Just against the impending doom of water rapidly filling the room... Okay, time to panic a little! With Virtual Reality you really do need to keep your head above water to complete the job. It feels so real you could swear you feel the water dripping down your leg. Oh that's not w-... never mind.

Travel to multiple locations, each with it's own hazards and randomly generated pipes, ensuring each visit is different from the last.

Play in four modes:
  • Normal: Connect pipes before the water fills the room. Your standard plumbing fare.
  • Free-mode: Take your time to build elaborate pipelines without that pesky water rushing your masterpiece.
  • Blackout: Love plumbing? Afraid of the Dark? Well I have good news and bad news. Complete pipelines in total darkness with only a torch to aid you.
  • Tower: Every time you complete a room, a new, more difficult one, opens above you. How many rooms can you climb before the ever increasing water catches up with you?

Will you be flushed with success, or will your career go down the toilet bowl!

Has a nice artstyle and runs really well. Works perfectly on valve index. Very rarely the pipes will move on accident or be connected impossibly, but a quick replace of the pipe fixes it. Tower mode is super fun and probably what I'd play the most. I like the roomscale aspect, and how you have to navigate around the pipes you make in the middle of the room. Also awesome that you can jump irl to get above the water level and breathe, makes it immersive and intense

If you like games such as Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes you will like Pipeline VR. It's a roomscale VR puzzle game, where you're tasked with guiding flowing pipes into exit pipes all while the room is flooding around you. It is a simple premise with a very well done execution. There are four maps not including the endless mode in the tower. Each has its own unique gimmick, with the basement's power turning off, requiring you to use a flashlight, the bathroom steaming up so visibility is limited, etc... Honestly such a fun and creative premise that takes full advantage of the VR medium. Everything is precise and easy to use, it even has Index finger tracking if that's important to you. I wish this game got a little more love for how fun it is. Endlessly replayable too P.S. It has water interactions. Objects slow when falling into the water, you can drown, your hands make splashes. That's right, this indie VR game has more detail than Cyberpunk 2077

Simple and challenging. I haven't mastered the game, but its very immersive. Imagine having water rising up to your neck, then to your chin. You can 'feel' that in this game as the time is running out. The game performs well with excellent graphics/art style and how it works with my index controllers. Note the play area size. I at exactly at the minimum and it can get tight.

As a small game that I play every now and then its great I even had my niece around to play it and she enjoyed it to! the art style is cool and the music works well with it! very few levels but the randomness of it keeps you on your toes. be prepared to move, unlike some VR games I've tried you actually have to move on this! so I guess it make the most of its medium. Minus a few tiny bugs here and there I'd say its worth it for a fun time

I don't normally do reviews, but i thought i would for this occasion as i had such a laugh with my partner. We took it in turns trying to complete the various levels to see who could complete them the fastest. We had such a laugh watching each other run around like crazy, bending down and doing various hand movements. Most laughs we have had with a game in a while and wanted to recommend to others!

It's fun and more of a workout than you'd expect. Opening up the workshop for more maps would be nice but each puzzle is generated so puzzle-wise you're not short on content. Played it on Vive with wired connection and it works fine (give or take the wire tangling up after a while).

It's a good game. Not much too it, but not much needs to be going on. Spawn and connect the pipes before the room fills with water. Simple. Oh, and sometimes the lights turn off. And sometimes you're dizzy from a gas leak. And sometimes there's steam from hot water. And sometimes the spawning panel malfunctions because of sewer water. And sometimes the pipes are behind movable objects. And sometimes you'll have everything connected, but you have to reset a leaky pipe. The worst problem I've experienced with the game is that sometimes there are more green pipes than red pipes. There's a mechanic where one big pipe is worth two small pipes, but even accounting for that there will sometimes be one green pipe too many. It's frustrating, but there's no real penalty for failure, so just start over and the next set will probably be fine. It's possible I couldn't see where the next red pipe exit was because they can be hidden, but there's only so many places to check and it happened a number...

Excellent use of VR, truly unique. I can't think of any other game in my VR library that plays quite like it, which is cool. Tired of wave shooters, give this a try! Wish they would keep on expanding on it. Would love to see a sequel with a story mode where you are a plumber called in for crazy emergencies.
