This game may be 18 years old, but I enjoy it. Simple gameplay, good graphics, the town grows more lively with the more buildings you add to it. It's just a good'ol relaxing time.
I played this game 15 years ago and it was an absolute blast to play. I replayed it now and still despite aging a lot I still enjoyed it a lot. The controls are clearly very old and there is no settings to change them. The AI intelligence is OK for how old this game is. It has a roughly 20 hour long fun campaign with an engaging and cohesive story that makes you want to keep playing. And as a cherry on top they even made high quality cinematic cutscenes in key moments of the plot.
I really like the simplicity of game play. You don't get bogged down with tedious tasks, population control, and house building. The graphics are great. The key binding for building placement rotation and screen rotation could be improved.
