Frog Detective 1: The Haunted Island

I don't dislike the game, but I expect this to be priced no higher than $1. It's just far too empty.

Boring game for an adult. Maybe children under 8 would like it but I am not

This just isn't for me. I didn't laugh at any of the jokes and I wasn't charmed by the dialogue. I don't mind games being short, or easy... But something needs to hook me! I didn't dislike it, but I didn't like it neither. I just wish it had been something to me, you know?

What a scam. I wish I could refund it but it sat in my library for too long. This seems more like someone made a test game to learn how the game engine works, or a lesson in how to make a tutorial. It should be free at best, and even then it's a complete waste of your time. The fact that this actually costs money is an absolute joke. Every half-hearted, buggy flash game is better than this.

[h2]Simple, Charming, and Silly[/h2] [i]Frog Detective 1: The Haunted Island[/i] is a short game where you play as a frog, who also happens to be a detective, as he explores an island, which is said to be inhabited by ghosts, by its resident. There's a wide variety of characters, each with their own quirks, that make them all unique and fun to converse with. The dialogue is pretty basic, but it's clearly intentional and adds to the game's charm. The puzzles aren't too complex either, which allows a playthrough of the game to be an hour or less in most cases. Honestly though, I love how simple all aspects of this game are, it really makes it all the more enjoyable to me. So, if you wanna see some animals break it down, this game is right up your alley! Can't recommend it enough.

It's a short and simple type of detective game. Nothing hard, its very straight forward with what you have to do. It's filled with silly little moments and silly characters. If you are an achievement hunter, then this should be a walk in the park.
