Ricky Recharge

Ricky Recharge runs smoothly on the steam deck and is perfect for filling time with a quick game. I really like the simple yet challenging gameplay. It's a fun and addictive mechanic that kept me coming back for more. Great graphic style. It's fun to see the whole surrounding react to the battle forces. The colorful and vibrant particle explosions are a pleasure to look at, and the character designs are charming and memorable. The sound design is also well done, with catchy music and satisfying voice-over to get you in the mood for battle. Overall, I highly recommend "Ricky Recharge" to anyone looking for a fun and engaging game that's perfect for filling time with a few quick rounds. It's a great pick for both casual and hardcore gamers alike.

Can recommend that little gold game. Runs smoothly on the Deck and is a lot of fun. Reached Top 10 in a day, I guess I would fall down quick, if the Game would be more popular. Art Style is what I like, the background interacts dynamically. Good purchase.

A very nice, challenging and incredibly addictive game. Even though I am not a huge fan of this genre, the Ricky Recharge game hooked me immediately. The "One more run and I am going to sleep" feature, while improving my skills and uncovering new game mechanics, is definitely present in this arcade package. I can't wait for new updates!!!

Been trying to play it on my M1 Mac with 16gb RAM and it just hangs every time it starts to load. past the sound of Thunder to see a battery icon then the good ole beach ball of death. What's odd is its made on Unity which is typically optimized for apple silicone but it seems thats not the case for this one.

Game have huge potential and this is the beginning of this game tons of new ideas etc maps etc to be added can just imagine the ideas to happen to come to this game gameplay gets a solid 10 from me every second there's something around the corner to knock you out 🤣 so make sure your ready to dodge or hit Y to do a super charge attack which is very fun and broken everything that's around you will Literally die instantly. Highly recommend game plays solid on the steam deck and overall amazing game so much room for improvement and add ONS no bugs whatsoever

IMHO a massively under rated game. Not sure why this game doesn't get more attention, its a blast, simple, but progressively gets harder the more you play. The learning curve, however, is kinda' steep for a really bad gamer like myself. Very impressive if you are getting more than a million points before you die. Its a fast paced perma-death game (you just play until you use up your lives), classic arcade feel but the graphics are really good and smooth. I tried this game about a year ago (when it first released) but I did not have a game controller at the time. Now that I have a xbox like USB controller, I decided to try it again. You don't have to invest in a lot of time playing, no quests, no long travels across large lands, and no animals are harmed in the playing of the game. Just shoot robots, recharge, color coordinate your shots, and try your best to stay alive. I've introduced this game during LAN-party that I attended, playing it on a big projector screen. It was a blast and the other attendees wanted to have a shot at it too. Each attempt isn't taking all that long (unless you're absolutely killing it...!), fast paced you'll get the hang of it in no time. A load of fun to play every once in a while. Absolute recommendation!
