Not sure if I've ever played a game as repetitive as this one. Stars are far too hard to get, and the whole game feels like a slog to go through after just 15 minutes of playing. The game only gets kind of fun when you *eventually* get really, really big, but even that gets boring after a while. Three words to describe this game: Quantity over Quality.

User Reviews
Best part about this sequel is probably the various creatures you play as, while I do enjoy the game some levels feel like a chore to get through compared to previous entries. A huge chunk of the game is also locked behind score requirements which are pretty unforgiving... Overall, still had fun with it but the first two are much better.
I played the older Tasty Planet games and I think this one improved on them. When you play on normal difficulty, the levels are not ridiculously hard to finish with a gold medal, so you can get 3 stars and unlock new levels relatively easily (unlike in Back in Seconds, from what I remember, it was really painful). I love all the different kinds of creatures you can play as, it adds some variety to the gameplay (e.g. jumping out of the water to eat birds, that was great). The bonus levels are also more fun than I expected. Also, I like that you can chose from 5 different levels of difficulty, instead of just normal and casual. So if it's not challenging enough for you, you can play on deadly, if you just want to play casually, you can play on friendly.
this game is really fun!:)
