Hate to give this the thumbs down because I think it has potential and it is keenly priced. Problem is the game is a little boring and has gameplay issues- most notably aiming. The game does not seem to like angles and this can result in your troops missing at point blank range or because the enemy is a fraction to the side. On one of the missions I had a soldier at the corner of sandbags shooting at a dog on the other side and repeatedly missing. He dies from dog bites (or embarassment perhaps) and I had to restart. Which means going through the boring scripted bits of "select this and do that." I`ve only 3 missions under my belt but so far not a lot of stategy other than bunch my team together in a sand bag box and watch a rather slow and dull shoot out. Will stick it out and wont be looking a refund but hope perhaps game can grow from this. Perhaps with a bit of tweaking this could be something special. Fix the aiming / angle issue, perhaps add a fast forward time button, introduce...

First off, don't listen to the people with the aiming issues, they simply don't know how to play the game and lick heavily in gaming skills. Great little game and if you watch the trailer you know what to expect. Price is right. Blood gore from battles is great. Menu music is dominating. Sound of goats alone makes the game that much better. Take it from someone who has actually played the game for longer than it takes to get a refund...Recommended. Don't forget to check my guide, it will increase the hours.
Building and Defending (all i like in a TD Game)
Gameplay : You start by building your base (obviously) with Fortifications/Sand bags/Barbed wire then you can choose your soldiers Medic/Grunts/Gunners/Bullet carrier/Blasters, position your soldiers where you want and start the killing. Very simple but very addictive. Graphics : I like it, it's well done when you kill enemies they explodes in particles of blood. Ultra wide support : YES. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1624135973 Controls : I play with Mouse only but there is keyboard shortcuts too. Recommended price : 4.99€ (I paid 2,96€ day 1) Devs. activity : Yes they are on forum and they listen to feedback. (Really good devs.)
Conclusion
There is many many TD games on Steam (and i own many of them) but i don't have any like this 1, having the freedom to build your own base it's always nice. The devs. continue to improve by list...
Pretty good day 1 release. Here's what needs to be improved before I can recommend this game. Fix the aiming system. I shouldnt be missing at point blank range Make it so I can pause the game with spacebar so I can issue commands to my troops. Add some hotkeys for troops (like hitting 'R' with a grunt selected will send him to the nearest ammo box) Add some music Update the visuals of the defenses - particularly sandbags. They look like weird floating turds
Base defender of it's finest, with mobile units and destructable defense measures. There are some good tactics here to utilize and all the objects are as useful as advertised!
You get a small tutorial in the beginning, learning curve is as easy as eating applepie. A commandbase to protect, a few units to spare, calling for support is there but has a cooldown and it's function is merely timed. Resources can be spend for placing extra objects, but you won't get them back when you changed your mind. There is a "campaign" which contain a certain amount of missions, your enemy is getting stronger. But you get a bigger arsenal as well. You earn also a steady supply of resources, so you can promote (level up) your units. They will become faster, better and stronger. Only the nimbles will survive the assault, the commandbase may not fall!
Who said small games can't do big impacts? I recommend!
This game was actually not bad. -Simple but abit challenging -You need react quick which area have high possibilities fall. -Campaign was less but its fun overall -Cheap price -Soldier act like turret and would die if you cant handle it with care -This game was kinda same a game call Infested Planet. Overall 8/10 Because its kinda a small camapaign and just an survival mode there. So i doubt this game would get very quick boring.I would say if you really like defence game with challenging then buy it.Since its kinda cheap so its a good thing to consider.
Took me over an hour to get to level 3, it's quite hard. It's well optimized and runs very smoothly, I like the artstyle. You're getting a great game for about $4. Only 2 negative points about the game: 1. you don't have any options for resolution or volume, I don't know why this wasn't implemented?! 2. Once you tab out you won't find the game in the task bar (most of the time) so you will have to find it in the task manager and either close it or hope for it to be double-clickable so you can hop back in. Overall a cool game and definitely worth the money.
Reminds me of the tower defense games I used to play in class instead of listening to the teacher. All for the cost of 3 condoms, and with much less dissapointment.
Amazing game with engaging mechanics and fun game play! Definitely worth a try for everyone, will keep you entertained for hours on end!
Not a bad game over all except units get stuck off screen and sometimes in barriers and you cant shoot them meaning the entire level has to be redone. This needs to be fixed before I could recommend.
