The concept is great and there are very little games as this on the market. That is a big plus but... Cannot shake the feeling I'm playing some moded Systemshock2... Do NOT trust the Dev public screenshots... game looks ok but not as detailed as in those screenshots. Two things are a bust: 1. Interaction mechanics - they feel "plastic" is you know what I mean. 2. Animations [,ostly enemy] - stuff a corpse full of straw and tell it to run around and you get something better than you have in the game. Those two things are a big STOP sign for me... the game feels like an Alpha version. Seriously. At the current state I cannot recommend it to anyone.

i wish i could enjoy this game but its impossible. parters ai is worse then a todler ai rushes into horde to get murdered in seconds no tooltip on what items do so you have to collect everything just in case the f*****g explosions is something else. you can detonate fuel tank 2 rooms ahead only for you or your team mate to die in 1 shot for 0 reasons unless you have friends to play this do not touch it

I recommend this game. I would give it a score of 8 out of 10. I have played FPS shooter games for a very long time, since the Wolfenstein 3d and DOOM era, and have played all the other MAG Studios games. Ghostship 2 AKA CDF Ghostship was my favorite, and I believed it was a very good game. This game, Ghostship Chronicles, is an improvement over CDF Ghostship in every way. I have not quite made it yet to the end of the story campaign, but have invested several hours already into the various modes and story. For graphics I would give this a 9 out of 10. You can tell the solo dev who made this game is also a very skilled 3d artist specializing in realistic scifi models. Everything is unique and super detailed, from the set piece props such as shuttle crafts, to the weapons, to the actual architecture of the environment. The ship itself is very detailed with various types of rooms and detailed gadgets adorning the walls and ceilings, much like in the previous GhostShip games. Level...

This was the best CDF Ghostship game Shawn has created! Overall, I would give it a 7.5/10. I attempted to keep my crew alive but at the end; I was like screw it. The last level is annoying because I got lost for a while but I made it to the end. I wish there was a map that you could reference on hand which showed you where you were at.

Can only agree with previous reviews of this game. The concept for this game is great, the atmosphere is very good, the game graphics look good for what it is. This game made me think of the Event horizon movie and good game based on that would be awesome. But a lot of the sound effects are awful, they do not sound good at all. Especially the sounds from weapons. And the controls are wonky. You move way too slow as if you were stuck in jelly and your ai teammates run around like idiots. And it lags a lot in this game. In chapter 7 i got stuck 5-6 times just because the quest didn't work. Could not find the last enemy, so could not finish the mission. And ai teammates got stuck everywhere and stopped following me. So can not recommend this game, but if you realy want to try it out, buy only if it is on sale.

The Game is extremly bad in every Aspect and i tryed to force Myself to play it longer but there is no Way i gonna touch that a second Time. The funny Thing is that the previous Part "Ghostship Aftermath" (wich i didnt play) at least kinda looks better then this one and im not talking about Graphics that should be clear, just watch Gameplay Videos for both Games and you may understand what i mean. Anyways i gonna refund this one here and no, i dont gonna by GA im pretty sure i will never look back to this Franchise because the Developer is at least 20 Years behind Everything that is on the Market and the Fact that he does not realize that Himself makes me sure that there will never be a good Game from him. Sry but thats my honest Opinion.

The game is cool.. I was liking the suspense... its not as good a s aliens colonial marines but it does well.. I think the developers could have added more to this game... love the weapons and many health kits and plasma weapons.. they should release a part 2.. better enemies... graphics and better bots ,and A. I. to the other marines.. I had to keep saving them.. they ran in to the danger instead of running towards safety..lol... and they slowed me down just a bit...the game has potential if they invest a little more time in enhancing it..I give it a B++++

This game is great, and continues to get better with each update. Ghostship Chronicles is the third instalment of the Ghostship Trilogy, but it comes first in the series' timeline. CDF Ghostship and Ghostship Aftermath are set on board the ageing dreadnought, "Goliath", but this game is set a year before CDF, on a different ship, the "Heckel & Thomas", a long-lost colonisation vessel that has been found drifting in deep space. Ghostship Chronicles was originally my least favourite of the trilogy - not because it's a bad game, but because it's the most straightforward of the three games - but it's continued to grow on me the more I replay it, and at the time of writing, the developer (edit - the one and only developer on this game!) is still adding more and more content to the game. With the recent introduction of Dr. James, a relentless unkillable pursuer (think Mr. X or Nemesis from Resident Evil) and multiple difficulty modes, hard mode is a real fight for survival on the ship! Gh...

Liked. 1)The look of the game and the amount of ammo and weapons to see the game through without a struggle..The achievements popping up in game on completion of objectives just like my fave the xbox.2)The intro movies setting the scene both for the black ops insertion on to the Heckel +Thomas and the exit movie from H+T to Icarus 4 using the escape pod all in flames from entering a planet with atmosphere.3)I liked the atmosphere on board the ship which was spooky when it needed to be and the music was often spot on.It was a bit involved in my first run yesterday but later a new patch meant the game played easier today and a full squad finish was achieved.4) plenty of weapons of all varieties and choice for all types of gamer and better still more than enough ammo for the National Guard. Dislikes could not always understand the value of the foils when explaining where stuff was and then being stopped by the sergeant anyway when looking for it all.The end bit of all the runs was...
