Tl;dr Cute in-progress game that is slightly over-priced for where it is for release. Not buggy so far, and enjoyable. I'd say to support them. 10/26 update- Loving the addition of the pointers for finding people in the final round. Definitely helps with the size of the arena and overall level up pacing seems to be improved. The first additions to the shop are a great style and I do like the option to choose between two art styles. Survival mode addition is as good as I hoped. I'll be back after a few more updates to give my thoughts. n.n Launch Day- I picked this game up today after its launch. So far it's cute and I love the whales in the background. Right now it has two fish available, an herbivore with cute stars, and a carnivore that looks a bit like an angler fish. I've been playing for a bit and have gotten a few levels. It scratches a childhood itch for the games where you start as a little fish and grow so you can eat bigger and bigger things. The multiplayer aspect is nic...

It's Fish Duel.
i enjoyed playing this game for 20 minutes, it reminds me of a flash game i would have played 10 years ago. i can't really recommend this game in its current state and it would need a few updates for me to play it again. the main annoyance in this game is that you have to click to bite. your fish should automatically eat/attack if within range. there also needs to be multiplayer but i'm sure the devs know that. i also dont like how leveling up attributes decreases level progress from your next size, those should be 2 seperate progress bars for usable skill points and points needed for next size. overall, worth the price.
This is the CUTEST game I've played in a while. Steer with mouse, holding right click. Eat by left clicking. Can't wait for more fish to be unlocked.
Fun for the first 2 hours ...
Little time killer, nothing astounding its honestly just more of a chill and eat fish kinda game, same thing over and over again. I'd say play it if its free or extremely cheap but otherwise there's nothing amazing about this game, just mindless fun.
I’ve got to admit, when I first saw Fish Duel, I did NOT expect to sink two hours into it, but it was SO addictive. The premise is simple: you’re a fish, either a herbivore or a carnivore. You collect food bits (green for herbivores, meat-coloured for carnivores) and as you level up, you grow bigger. Your attributes (attack, defence, speed) go up with a point-buy system, and your goal is to survive as long as possible. I got off to a good start. In my very first game, I died quite fast. But on my stecond attempt, I got on top of the score board and just never left again. At first I tried to keep away from other players and just eat my way around the ocean, but as I grew bigger, I started hunting others to gain more XP. Then when I was the biggest by a huge difference (think my 40 000 points against their 500), I started adopting other fish. I would bring them huge chunks of food and not attack them until they attacked me first. It was both trolling and helping, and it was fun! I ...
Just bought it on sale for a dollar and I feel that it was worth about that. This is a very simple game. You swim around, eat food, and attack other players or try to evade them if you would rather. Eat enough to level up which increases the size of your fish, making you better at eating larger foods and attacking other players. That's it. Not much depth, but it doesn't really claim to have any either. It's okay
