Beautiful Game! It is an exploratory game with a very interesting psychological story. The visuals are just amazing and makes the exploration and puzzle solving that much more fun! Ive played a few indie games before, but this one stands out as it is not a mainstream game. I would highly recommend everyone to try it out!

Suddenly, All you want to do is get there. Your journey to the Fireflies forest begins.
Fireflies is a First Person Psychological Adventure. The core mechanics revolves around exploration, survival from the enemy and a bit of puzzle solving elements added to it.
You open drawers, doors, inspect objects, unravel the mysteries of the unknown, meet interesting characters, get chased by an even more interesting character, fight, run and hide. Your aim is to get to the fireflies forest and you shall.
Gameplay :
- Narrative driven gameplay. Game contains three levels, each with its own style and everything tied to the overall story.
- Based on an interactive world around you. Open doors, drawers, cupboards. Inspect objects to unravel the mysteries of the world.
- An intense combat system where the player faces an over-powered enemy. Player has a weapon made available, using which the enemy can be slowed down. Eventually, the
player needs to run/hide from the enemy rather than facing him head on. - An immersive beautiful environment with a lot of details that add to the overall game experience.

Was eagerly waiting for this game from the time I heard it was coming. Unfortunately, my laptop could only run it on Potato mode becasue it's quite old and couldn't appreciate the entirely of the surroundings the way it is meant to be appreciated. However, even in the potato settings, I thoroughly enjoyed the game from start to finish. The story was interesting and kept me gripped. The puzzles has me using my mind to figure them out too. The character development was interesting. Although a short game, I enjoyed exploring the character! It all comes down to interpreting the story in your own way, which I did and was quite taken back by the immersive and intricate nature of it. Looking forward to more games to come out of my friend Sourabh, who i believe has tremendous potential. This is just the beginning and I can't wait to play what's next! Best of luck!

It would not let me leave the room.
Buggy and unintuitive
Follow "First Person Exploration and Puzzle Games" for more games like this!
A good attempt at a game, but nothing worth paying money for. Everything about this game, from the story to the voice-acting to the environments, is mediocre. I recommend passing on this one.
how buggy, slow and boring this game can get, guys make it better please
i'm not sure what i was expecting but it's not that. first thing i notice is there's no volume controls. whispers are screams in my ears. next, i'm a dude, and i automatically assume the developer made this game based way too much on his own life... it was hard for me to take it seriously. then i try to leave the first room, and realize that despite everything else being 'e' to interact, you just kind of... walk through doors. just slam your face into 'em and go. then it went from a normal slice-of-life thing to... i don't even know what. rather than being interested, i'm just thrown off. narrative whiplash, kind of. i figure this is a game where i run around and click on things to hear a story, which i'm not that interested in to begin with.. then i find a lazer gun. then 'the devil' traps me in a hidden room that feels like i clipped through the map.... and i die. the firefly forest does look very pretty. hell, so does the character model, and the orb thing, A. but i don't see myse...
Hey Everybody, I was struggling with an aspect of the game so I googled it and there wasn't a playthrough. So I am making one. You can find it here : https://carmensindiegaming.blogspot.com/2019/08/testing.html It's graphics can be a little glitchy but the story line is quite compelling. I do recommend checking it out as thus far I have decided it is worth the money.
