Almost no players online, which is a no go for an online only game (SteamDB says no more than 6 concurrent players so far, except for the day of release). Searching for an open game takes multiple minutes until you either give up or finally succeed, just to end up in a really laggy match in 80% of the cases. The game as such is all random, because players can barely do more than run around and spam the mouse button in order to knock out the enemy. Needless to say that with my luck, I wasn't able win a single game until I decided to refund eventually.

I really enjoyed putting the settings to max. 10 / 10 for that experience. 0 / 0 for other non-existing gameplay (no players online).
Zup! Arena is a simple arena fighter where you are trying to knock everyone out and be the last to survive. As much as I'd like to enjoy this game I can not recommend anyone getting this game even if it's free now. We need workshop so we can make our own maps and we need bots added so we can at least play, as of now you can only play when you have people and the game lacks that. You can buy loot boxes with the coins you earn in-game and open them for free to get hats, emots, face, color, accessories. If you are interested in Steam inventory items this game has coin drops after each match, more for kills and being the winner then you can buy loot chests with them and get items. I had a lot of fun in this game, sad to see it shutting down
So.... Do we get our money back or anything? like not only is the game free now after making us pay, but we never even got to play what we paid for to begin with since no one was online. I kind wish we'd get a free 1$ game or something, that would have been nice. It's a shame since i was so hyped for the game
No Players online, so i cannot play a single round.... Why aren´t there any bots in-game? You cannot release a "online-only"-game, if there aren´t enough players... For this reason i couldn´t test the game... So sad :-(
Save your $5 and go buy a meal or something, this game has basically no player base. I queued up for a bit before giving up as there was no one else playing. I then realised that I needed atleast five minutes so I left this game on so I could leave this review and I was still queued when I came back from making my lunch. Pretty difficult to get the achievements unless you head to the community page for this game and add others looking to play. I bought the game as part of the HAPPY NEW ZUP! bundle as I really wanted the other games for decorations on my profile. I ended up playing over two hours total on a majority of the ZUP! games so I can't really refund the bundle. Otherwise, I would have given this game the boot already.
ZUP! Arena
For 3,99€ in Steam-Shop Nice PVP Game for a boring Weekend

34 Achievements
A unique Battlefield
And Support for most controllers
You can Finish the Game in 10h or faster... I like it!
Being a huge fan of the Zup! series, this truly is undeserving of being a title of the series. Maybe fun for half an hour. Thankfully it was pulled from the store.
