What is Talisman?

I love Talisman.
But for now, there's no reason to play 5th Edition over 4th. There's very little that's new in this edition, outside of few rule changes, but for now the 4th edition just is way more fun to play.
Might change the review in future, if more content is added to this game.

Brilliant update to 4th edition. Newer rules make the game less punishing if you want that or you can go right back to the brutality of 4th, customised as you want.
Gorgeous artwork, and they are releasing updated expansions free to anyone who purchased them during 4th! I am really happy with this release, and no bugs detected,at least on my end. Easy recommend.

It's nice that Nomad has continued this timeless classic with some fresh ideas while also letting you play the old original rules if you prefer. Offering free content updates for those owning the previous versions is also appreciated (since I own most of the old stuff). Thanks for continuing to be transparent with your plans...I respect what you have done with this game over the years.

It is a great Talisman game, looks beautiful, works well and is quite intuitive.
There are some things that need change and it DEFINITELY needs more content (but the DLCs are being released steadily) but I do like the custom house rules (even tho I'd appreciate more in the future) and overall in time I believe it will get only better.
Worth purchasing for sure, just maybe wait for a sale :P
