Considering I got this with a huge discount, I'd say it's alright for that? But full price. Nope. $11.50, I can get a fast food meal out of that and be happier with that in the long run. So yeah it's a pretty short vn, but it felt incredibly cringe as when protag, Teru, was using "Senpai" and that one time she said "ohayo". I want to die. But at least the drama is fun enough and entertaining? Also I don't understand what year and age they are. Been friends for 3 years and then graduate within a year or something. 21/22? Why are they japanese? It felt. Off. Something was strange about that.
I would've dumped those awful people from being my friends but it has the most disappointing ending?? What the hell. Why? Also I knew I didn't like Kaga at times during my first run for a reason. I don't like superficial people and think that'll help them because it's "nice" and they're "friends" who know best. Pathetic. You can't cure depression and social anxiety with just having her dat...

Interesting game with an unusual (for an otome) protagonist. Although the protagonist slowly comes to understand what's going on around her, and how her views of romance and friendship may be flawed, every step is a difficult one. The game is good at reminding you that although you may *want* your heroine not to have social anxiety, she does have social anxiety, and it means that some of her perceptions - of herself and others - are slightly skewed, or informed by a deep mistrust of others. This is a relatively short game, and not lighthearted. Yet there is definitely humour, many of the visuals are very nice, and it made me want to know "what happens next?" I felt that overall the game needed a little more content, and a few more interactions with the other characters. However, if you're up for something a bit different, Typical is worth playing.

I bought this game for the sole purpose of comparing it to another Otome game called My Candy Love. A game that I have been playing for years. For those who don't know it, it's a click to play web browser game developed and produced by Beemoov. And some of the likenesses are so uncanny that they really can't be coincedence. I've only been playing for about half an hour and I already have a list. The best friend Kagari is obviously Rosaly with Amber's pose from MCL. The animation and illustrations have a similar aesthetic as MCL. The hearts that indicate click actions are just like the ones used for MCL but with a circle around them. Sergei is basically a gender bent version of Violet from MCL. I will say that the names, personalities, and even the story plot itself is different. And it is way more sexualized. So I won't go so far in saying that it's a rip off or a copy cat. However, I will say that it is obvipously heavily inspired by My Candy Love. Anyone who has ever played MCL wou...

I have a love hate relationship with this game. You play as Teru in a story with her three best friends (Subaru, Suzuki, and Kaga) and to me at least the characters all suck. It was semi-enjoyable and like most visual novels it offers a "Harem" option. But Everyone overall personality is terrible.
Suzuki knows your dating Subaru and constantly flirts with/Kisses you anyway ( while having you hide it from subaru), Subaru is constantly moody, and angry with you. And kaga gets so upset at you being with subaru that you's go through fights left and right. Even your character, dates subaru whilst knowing kaga likes them and that your character likes suzuki. And while there are some story pieces that I overall enjoy there are an equal amount that made me hate everyone there. The only romance arc I liked was with Sergei (Who's a foreign Exchange student) and you barely even see him through the game.
While these traits/tropes can be done right/well. I just feel like typi...

As I've said many times, Steam needs a MEH option for reviews. I liked this game enough to play, but not enough to have paid full price. Definitely get this on sale if you plan on playing it; which is what I did. There are good moments and interesting characters in the game, but the fact that the MC (un-namable that you play as) is purely in love with one character and so obsessed with him that even in other romance options she still talks about/loves him makes it really hard to get into this game. I get crushes but her obsession sorta feels creepy. The art is decent for an indie game. Some CGs were extra spicy, which I wasn't quite expecting but they made some of the romance portions more interesting and others very awkward. Others, such as Sergei's CGs, were messed up cause they completely forgot his piercings and such. Characters are interesting (minus the person the MC is in love with), and the music is honestly the best part of the game. I sat through the whole menu song cause i...

I'm really sorry but I didn't like the game :( The story felt like it was created for 12 years old girls...Quite predcitable and boring. In my opinion your other game Crossroad was more interesting.

Typical is a lot like one of those romcoms with a completely ridiculous premise. It's fun, and really not meant to be taken too seriously. That said, Sergei was my favorite boi, but I wish he had more events. :< I do think I kindof liked Crossroads more? but this is worth picking up on sale.

Great and fun game. A lot of humor and funny situations. It is difficult to predict what will happen in the story. Features: 1. Funny story and humor. Characters are really alive. I really hated Milena and sympathized with Sergey. 2. Music and sounds. 18 tracks and a song in the menu. 3. Beautiful art. The final illustration with Subaru is divine. 4. Interesting game mechanics and mini-games. I often had to interact with the screen, explore areas, complete quests. I recommend to those users who love funny and easy stories.

I'm sorry, but I didn't like this game. I really felt that the main character was simply enduring her situation without really acting or taking responsibility for it. How can you be in a romantic relationship *by accident* for months, in love with someone else and do nothing about it all that time??! I have to admit that despite her severe lack of self-confidence, which is clearly highlighted in the game, I couldn't really empathize with her... The ending is really far-fetched. I understand the need for drama, and I know that otome games aren't always meant to be realistic, but this twist isn't really well done. Overall, I didn't really get hooked on the story and how it was constructed. Many moments and dialogues sounded false. Perhaps this story could have held up if it had been developed over several episodes... In any case, I don't think I'm part of the target audience of this game: too many lies and inconsistencies, despite a few funny moments. Still, the music and graphics were...

This is so good! I like the story... The designs... Even the music is epic!!! There are no voices and I am thankful for that, as I like to create my own. >:3 The artwork is impressive and all the CGs... AHHHHHH! So good! I think the hottest ones were with "Senpai/Suzuki"... Especially the water and the last one... >.> "Subaru's" comes close too... Poor "Secret Character", who didn't get much of a story... It's more of a story of chance? Without knowing the person too much? But the ending was funny heh heh. I don't mean the romantic part! Even the achievements were funny! I liked the mini games and exploring the rooms and learning more about characters and events. The novel comes in both English and Russian andddddddddddddd It's spectacular! Both translations are well done and they know the sayings/phrases super well. Who's the best? There is no such thing! Every story happened in alternative story line and every character had something unique to offer. But... I ...
