Great Game probably worth more like $5. Mindless fun till you get tp level 16. When it starts to get hard only think I wish it had was a mouse indicator that you could customize with different colors. When your playing because the plain mouse is the only eye sore but everything else is beautiful the skill tree with trees on the bottom is classic with floating leaves look amazing. customizing the viking might be kool also. the skill tree when you open it i kinda wish it remembered if you zoomed out last time you were in it, The last and only tricky thing is the skill tree when upgrading you have a choice when it splits into 2 ways or the one time it splits into 4 you can pick two skills but I think a little more detection on that would be great. Love this game and there is a leader-board that I love but I don't like how when you tie with someone that has gotten to a level before you there is higher on the leader board not even a tie RIP. this is a top down bullet hell game. If you enjoy those types of games this is a great game to get into. Once you start getting into the double digit waves it starts to get challenging. It's a great time waster and worth the money highly recommend.

this game is a blast, great value, lots of fun. it feels great and it really starts to shine in the later stages. for 2.99 this game is a steal.

Immensely playable, a simple mechanic with just enough power ups to keep you hanging on. Asteroids, meet bullet hell.

First and foremost, AstroViking is an arcade-style, bullet-hell shooter. If you are into those games, you will probably be into this one. While this game does look simple at first glace, there is a surprising amount of depth to it, something that I personally haven't seen in other games like it (I haven't played many arcade-style games, so that's might be why). Either way, you play as a little viking girl that has 3 simple, yet necessary abilities: The ability to shoot lasers (which is your main form of attacking), the ability to dash in the direction you are facing (which does damage to enemies and grants you invincibility frames during the animation), and the ability to set up a vortex wherever your cursor is (which vacuums all the enemies together and does a slight amount of damage). Using these abilities, you're trying to shoot and kill waves of alien-like creatures in what looks to be a space arena (which is just a big square with 4 "rocks" that you can hide behind). Big fan of the previous game Time Trekker, and so far i'm loving this one. The chill music was a superb choice for this kind of (just one more wave) kind of game. I'll be writing a more indepth reveiw after some more time into the game.
