Thanksgiving Day Mosaic

Thanksgiving Day Mosaic is a basic mobile-app like jigsaw/mosaic puzzle game. Solve various puzzles by placing stained glass window/mosaic pieces onto an existing picture (picture stolen off the internet and used without crediting the copyright holder). It's been done a million times before, for free, and free on mobile app stores too... yet this one has a hefty price tag on it. Who knew you can just charge $5 for mobile trash? I guess Creobit/8Floor does. The asset flipper/"developer", Creobit/8Floor, has copy + pasted this game SIXTEEN TIMES onto Steam with minor reskins, and more stolen artwork... why cash in on one asset if you can cash in on multiple copies of the same game? I paid 49 cents (US dollars) for this game so it would have to have been very bad for me to not recommend it. Luckily it is fine. The mosaics have more pieces than I have seen in similar games but are still easy to do. In my opinion the music is a little annoying but you can always turn that off. Then again you might like it. The pictures are a weird mixture of traditional Thanksgiving scenes, Indigenous people and shoppers enjoying the holidays. There is even a recreation of Columbus coming ashore. The game description says there are 120 mosaics but there are only 72. Just as in other games there are 6 locations but they only have 12 mosaics each instead of the usual 20. They probably couldn't come up with 120 different mosaics given the theme. Anyway I would recommend the game if you like doing mosaics and puzzles but only if it is on sale.

Mechanically the best of the series. Puzzles are nice and detailed right after the first 2-3 introductions. I appreciated almost all of them artistically. The last world did become a little too dependent on powerups. (There is an achievement for using a lot.)

I enjoyed playing through this relaxing mosaic game. The pieces adhere to the cursor when clicked and there is relaxed mode (no timer).
