The world looks great but the puzzles are not easy. I f you prefer exploration games that do not require lot a puzzle solving skills I would pass on this one. It is basically a myst game with free-roam exploration removing the point & click element. I only recommend it for myst fans not exploration/walking sim fans. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jhwwJbHe8jE Pros: - Atmosphere - Puzzle intensive - Music Cons: -Runs at 30 fps - Looks bland (not a lot of interaction, can barely hear message logs when you press j). - Small island.

A LOST ISLAND ON A FARAWAY MOON
From the creators of ASA: A Space Adventure and RoonSehv: NeTerra
About
Myha: Return to the Lost Island is a first person scifi adventure game developed by Denis Martin with Unreal Engine 4, based on the Black Cube series created by Simon Mesnard. It was funded on Kickstarter in November 2017.
Story
"2012. You are a cosmonaut from the country of Tongolia on planet Terra, sent to the Moon to identify a distress signal. It was supposed to be the one of Philippe Forté, an astronaut who disappeared the year before. But when you land and explore the moon, there is no more signal. Mysterious events occur: you discover a strange Black Cube artefact that teleports you to an unidentified island, in an all new world. This island is in another solar system, far away, on a moon called Myha. There, someone was obviously waiting for you in order to test you... For what purpose?"
Features
- A cooperation between Simon Mesnard (ASA: A Space Adventure, Catyph, Kitrinos) and Denis Martin (RoonSehv)
- Created in Unreal Engine 4, the first game in the Black Cube series to benefit from full3D graphics

I have now completed MYHA and it is an excellent puzzle/exploration game. If you love games like Myst, Quern Undying Thoughts, or The Witness ... games that require you to think through decoding, pattern mapping, figuring out machinery, etc... games that make you pull out a pencil and paper... games that stay in your mind until the "AHA!" solution comes to you,,. then do not miss MYHA. It is gorgeous, interesting, and fun to play. Read my full review at JustAdventure .
I really wanted to try this game, but I couldn't. I know nothing about the story or how the game actually is, because for whatever reason the developer(s)decided that: - You need a beast computer to not FPS drop below 30 (my GFX would be the bottleneck, but that's not an issue for, say The Witness, Apex Legens and other "big" games) - That you really should question whether you need to visit the optician or not, because the game is so damn blurry it gave me a headache in literally 1 minute (I've been trying to improve the FPS and texture quality for 30 mins) - The mouse smoothing, probably because of the uneven FPS, is just yuck. - You guys are using UE4, how can the points above even be a problem? I'd love to try the game out, but because of the issues mentioned I'm not even going to bother, sadly. If these issues gets fixed in the future I'd gladly try again.
As the last opus in the Black Cube Series, Myha is also the first in the series that has been completely developed in 3D, giving free reigns to the player to explore every corners of a beautiful island located on a planet in a far away solar system. The fact that the game shares the first two letters of its name with the famous exploration puzzle game Myst is no coincidence. Gameplay and settings are very much alike. You find yourself stranded on an unknown island after encountering a mysterious back cube. And you start exploring following clues that will, hopefully, help you get back home. There is no guidance provided, it is left to the player to figure out what to do. Puzzles are not easy, but were carefully designed to be solved through the island exploration, while paying careful attention to details. And of course, pen and paper are a must. Another thing I liked in this game was watching the gorgeous display of colors during sunset and sunrise. With a mysterious blue planet in ...
MYHA: Return to the lost island is a Myst-like puzzle game where you take on the roll as an astronaut who lands on the moon only to discover a strange black cube that transports you and your ship to the island of MYHA. Pros: Graphics are very well done Animations are decent Very simple controls Many puzzles to solve Non-linear Cons: The world is very confined The ending was lack luster Voice acting was very muffled (radio messages) There isn't much to say about this game other than it's very Myst like is appearance and how you solve many of these puzzles is very logical. In other words, it's pretty much a Myst clone but that doesn't take away the fact that there is plenty of puzzle solving fun to be had. The controls are simple and the puzzles range from easy to kill me know. Other than the so-so ending, the island of MYHA could have been a bit more spacious. Myst island wasn't big either but there were other ages you could travel to giving the game a bigger feel. At the time of t...
This is a little gem of a game. The island scenery is so beautiful, it encourages you to just walk around and look before you start solving the puzzles. Which is exactly what I did and why my time to complete this game was so lengthy. Yet it was time well spent and I am saddened it is over. The puzzles were interesting and in many cases difficult. They require you to be very observant and piece together information from different parts of the island. It is so satisfying when you eventually solve a puzzle, which usually opens up another puzzle to address. Kudos to the developers for such a great game. And this is just an aside, did anyone else think the little train car in the playroom looked a lot like the car in Rhem. I thought I noticed Knut Mueller's name in the credits.
I'm 7+ hours in I can already recommend this game. If you like Myst, Quern or Xing you will love this game. It's hard (but not unfair), the island has the right size and no hand-holding at all. There are some minor glitches in UI, but nothing too serious...
Overall I would recommend this game to players who like games like Myst, Quern etc and are looking for something new to play rather than replaying old classics! Pros: Challenging puzzles but no leaps required. I did consult a walkthrough a little bit but only because of impatience, I would have got there eventually. Good environment. Ability to run quickly around the island. Lots of achievements. Cons: Very difficult to hear the audio messages. Playing at low quality on a laptop is a disadvantage to puzzle solving not just visuals. Would have liked to opt out of the night/day cycle - night was annoying especially as I was already struggling to see items from playing at low quality. Some things never become part of the game even though they look very much part of the game. Ability to detach the 'hand' movement from screen movement would have been good (like in Myst).
I love Myst-like games! Myha looked promising, but does crash and freezes up. The glitches makes it too unstable and takes away the fun. Hope there will come an FIX/UPDATE that will sort this out. Had to uninstall and get refunded this time around, sorry!
If you like point and click games similar to Myst and Obduction with challenging but not impossible puzzles, then this game is for you. Happily there are no timed events or actions that require quick reflexes to destroy something - at least at my current spot in the game. And no tongue-in-cheek sarcastic dialogue; in fact there is only one protagonist where information to advance through the game is gleaned through letters left about and from the environment.
