How do I get my money back? This game wont even load. Their are no rooms available and when I create a new room, nothing. Dont waste your money.

Tried playing it. Literally nobody else was on, then I tried making a room and it completely wrecked my computer. Everything went non-responsive. Can't believe I paid for a game that doesn't even work.
