Let's Split Up is a visual novel full of non sequiturs and randomness. It's pretty bad. The writing is cringy as all hell, the game won't even go into fullscreen mode and of course there are no in-game settings whatsoever. Can't even adjust the volume. I think all the effort went into the drawings, which, credit where credit is due, are pretty nice. Everything else? Half-arsed.

Never before have I played a visual novel with so many incredible twists and turns. I was jumping out of my seat so much at night my downstairs neighsbours called to complain. The characters are painted vividly and beautifully, their personalities emblazoned in my mind. My only complaint is that when the option, "Find some fun" pops up it never leads to badly drawn cartoon sex. Still jerked off to some of the more interesting expressions gemma made though. 10/10
