After a number of poor and mediocre VR games, this one finally was worth playing. It is well polished and fun to play. I got almost 8 hours of playtime but some of that was due to quitting and restarting a level as I wanted to get a better run. There really isn't much replay value but if you want different endings, I guess there is that. The "job" of checking robots starts really simple and then gets much more complex later on. The one that always got me was the illegal robot mods. I typically found those hard to spot. The drones and mice in the later game really make it difficult to keep pace. The graphics are wonderfully colorful and fun. The voice acting is good for the most part with some of the robots blathering on a bit too long. The music selection was not really to my liking and I couldn't figure out how to play songs I picked from the shop. The songs appeared and I put them in the "radio" but they didn't seem selectable. No biggie since I was way to busy with the check poi...

I thought its interesting. But damn those NPC that just won't stop talking. If their writting was interesting ok. But they just go on and on trying to be funny and not really adding to the story. Half of what they say is just not relevant. The actual gameplay made me care for some of the robots, and one of the first ones was commentary on how people are now, and then the NPC yapping hit me. I was pressing every button on the controllers trying to see if there is a skip button. After almost an hour i just had to uninstall it. The npc yapping that is just slow and can't be skipped sort of broke me.
I kind of want to recommend this game, but it has too many cons going against it. The game gets bogged down by too many moments of lengthy dialog that you can't skip, and I found myself not really paying attention after the first few, instead just standing in my living room with my arms crossed going, "Yeah... mmhm... okay... whatever, don't care. Just wanna play now, thanks." The actual game play, when you're checking robots through the checkpoints are fun and somewhat challenging, but are FAR too short for my taste. This game SERIOUSLY NEEDS an endless mode of some kind, like Papers Please has, and how these devs didn't think of that is truly baffling. For that reason alone I give this game a thumbs down, but there are plenty of other reasons besides, but without an endless mode, there is zero replay value here.
7 / 10 Story dull, game fun-ish.
Awesome fun. Works and looks great on vive pro 2 with wands. I'm on day 12, maybe halfway through. Get it before this sale ends! The game is a major neck workout; there's time pressure to look to both sides, both high and low.
Welcome to glorious mother land... Oh wait wrong game-
