The release date is incorrect. This game was released December 2, 2012. I got this because I thought it was a new version of the game, and I vaguely remembered playing something like this a long time ago. Of course, this is the exact same game I had previously played many years ago. It's fairly outdated by now. You manage a family through the generations, upgrading their house and whatnot. Each "year" of their life spans about 3-ish hours in real time. Eventually they will get old and die, etc. but your little ones will grow up and you'll manage them instead, etc. This was originally a phone game and you can tell it was ported over pretty sloppily -- something about it feels laggy and slow for a game that is fairly simple. Upon trying to play this again, I can't tell if something got changed that made the game worse on PC or if it was just never fun to begin with but anyway, it's fairly medicore as far as simple games go. The main attraction is if you like the idea of setting up a...

If you play on a laptop, don't bother getting this. Even if you get it to full screen mode, you will not be able to actually play since you won't be able to click any of the buttons at the bottom of the screen

I played this game when I was 8, and just recently thought about it to play again. At first, it was great, and all was well. Then, the LAG kicked in. When I try to move around it gets unbelievably behind! It really sucks because the game is so fun, but I wish the game wasn't super slow, and I don't know how to improve it if it is on my end. I have no other softwares open and it will lag like craaazy. Gameplay itself when it is not lagging is very fun, and very nostalgic. It is simple but each game feels personalized, and I like how they can write you letters. The game is sassy :)

I only recommend playing this if you played in on WildTangent as a kid remember the suffering that is the Virtual Families/Villagers series and its real-time weirdness at least in this game your people don't die two seconds after you close the game from some random plague but it is like a decade old at minimum, so there's that

I enjoy this game, very much. Relaxing, but not boring.

Downloaded for my granddaughter, she liked helping little people in the computer. I had to help to keep them alive. I did download this years ago straight from Last Day Of Work and see some features are missing. 1 the ability to buy coins to buy furniture. 2 the picnic table. 3 a way to serve drinks on the patio. I forget what the item was. Over all still a cute game.

I bought this game a while back and was just looking through my games and decided to review it. DO NOT Buy this game on pc, Play the mobile version which is way better and also free, The resolution is horrible on pc and even though im against micro-transactions none of them are here to help you quickly progress through the game unless you do it through cheat engine which is the ONLY way I could find, The only reason this isn't refunded is because I support the company, Even though I don't support this port.

Dont waste your money downloading this. You can't play, even to get through the initial cut scene, as there is no way to click the button to begin without your curser going outside the screen. Sized improperly and it doesnt work touch screen to click the begin button either, little annoying. Good thing the game was cheap, if I would have paid more I would have been pissed.
