It's a bow and arrow wave shooter with skeletons and a few wizards. But does it add anything to the genre?
Gameplay and Impressions here. Game Review: PROS - Solid bow mechanics (except for one part, see below) where aiming doesn't feel off and once you're aware of projectile tendencies, it's a natural flow. - Art direction and environments look good and work well with the type of game. - Ability to upgrade equipment! CONS - Very basic. Once you get the bow down, there is nothing new to learn on your end. - Low variety in enemies. It was nice to see a mix of melee and ranged opponents, but the models are unspectacular and get repetitive with only a few variations. - KNOCKING THE BOW. This caused me a few deaths. You have to pull the trigger as you put the arrow on the bow string, but if your timing is off or the arrow isn't quite placed right, you just flail your arms helplessly. This action needs ...

This is a fun game. The graphic style for levels and characters is fun and bright. The waves of enemies are well programmed and by the 8th wave things are busy. The archery mechanics are good and sound effects are good too. This game needs:

Accuracy Reports
Does Health do Anything?
Boss Fights
Gold and gems and a shop
Enemies could make more sounds and add humour. More bones.
Enemy powerup Drops
Disco Unicorn Thank you for the great game!
This is a blast to play. Loading the arrow can be problematic and you would think that would be a deal breaker in this kind of game but being in a dungeon skewering wave after wave of mobs is just so much fun.
DO NOT GET WITH MIXED REALITY HEADSET Since the games entire concept is to fire a bow which requires placing your hand outside of the effective tracking area it really doesnt work. The concept is definitely fun but without the aid of a push to shoot or a pullback requirement slider (so you could shoot full strength with a unrealistically short pull) it really doesnt work. I wouid love to experience more of the game as the concept is amazingly fun but without a htc vibe it isnt really playable. Other ways to resolve could include conventional difficulty settings, pullback strength indicator (so you can establish consisency with a unnatural 3/4 pull) or aim crosshair. When the pullback hand exits the field of view it is considered static resulting is incorrect vector calculations for aim since the near hand position cannot be accurately determined.
I liked the minimalistic design and how it doesn't try to distract you with non-interactive clutter. It's sorely lacking in more levels and variability within/between levels, where map 1 felt too small and map 4 and 5 were too big that it was too hard to get the arrows far enough to hit the enemies. The patterns are the same between levels, so round 1 is always middle lane, round 6 is always ranged only, etc. Encountered a bug I couldn't reproduce after restarting the game - the trigger to load and release arrows got switched to the bow hand, which was hilarious, but couldn't fix in game without shutting my VR down completely and restarting. Allowing you to physically move away and dodge enemies projectiles was a brilliant touch. Critically, though, the bow upgrades gives you essentially the same effect in three different colors, so that was also a little lackluster. I also love how cute the skeletons are and how they give you your personal space even when they surround and attack yo...
Fun game but the only problem i have with it is that your firing trigger stays the some when you change hands, your firing trigger should change bast on what hand your holding the arrow, or even better put in a setting where we can chose there the firing trigger is and where we want to hold the bow and arrow, other was its confusing.
While the game is solidly made, the wave shooter scenario where you stand at a fixed point get old really fast. Couldn't play it longer than a few minutes before becoming bored. Not recommended.
8 / 10 This is a fun wave shooter. Much better than a lot of the other wave shooters out there. I recommend this.
Cool tower defender VR game. 7.5/10
No, is not great. Early VR implementation and not a great amount of content.
