This is much more fun that the kitchen scene of "Job Simulator". The competition portion is exciting, yet exhausting at the same time, making you sweat! The competitive spirit of other players really made this game a worth buy. The other day I managed to get myself in the top 5 of certain missions leaderboard, the next day I checked, I was at the bottom of the list. Compared to normal campaigns, playing multiplayer portion of this game was an interesting experience. I managed to play a few round of duels with my friend. Although the cooking action is pretty much repetitive, racing against the clock and beating another player was well worth the time spent in it. Hope to see more players on MP room. Another thing I almost forgot to say; This game made me feel like I was being in the real kitchen. I leaned on the counter the other day and nearly fell over. LOL

About This Game
Prepare to serve a mouth-watering array of dishes from sizzling hotdogs, juicy burgers, crispy fries & fizzy sodas to baking perfect pizzas in a traditional oven, creating creamy risottos, and serving up some of Italy's finest wines and cheeses.
But it's more than just cooking! You'll have to compete in a "Battle of the Chef," where you'll go against a formidable AI in a race against time to serve a line of hungry customers. Or you could challenge your online friends in an adrenaline-pumping PvP mode.
Be prepared to manage chaotic situations like kitchen fires, pesky spiders, and mischievous pigeons trying to steal your food. Your ability to keep your cool under pressure will truly be tested!
The fun doesn't stop there. As you complete missions, you'll earn coins that can be used to upgrade your kitchen items. Spatulas, pans, ovens, and more can be enhanced to help you keep up with the increasing pace and demands of your customers.
With a multitude of levels, each with its own unique goals, you'll be cooking, serving, and battling your way to the top of the culinary world. It's time to don your chef's hat, sharpen your knives, and get ready for the most exciting cooking experience in VR

Although a decently fun game I would have to recommend that you stay away from it. Its been in early access for several years and the last update has been in Oct 2018. This game is dead and its obvious the developers have given up on actually fixing any of the many bugs in the game. Looks like it will never actually get released. They once again took your money and ran. Steam should force a developer which receives payment for early access games to actually complete them in a specific time. Developers are using early access to get money for buggy games with no intention on every completing them. Its a rip off!
Bought this game for my daughter. She was too short to do anything and the game doesn't have adjustable height. You should probably mention that somewhere before selling the game.
Others have mentioned this. The height is not adjustable. Unless you're 6 feet tall, you're too short for this game. Disapointing.
Overall, the game is really fun. I was surprised at how quickly time passes and how exhausting the gameplay was. The sounds are fantastic, visuals are neat and clean overall, and the mechanics so far are very impressive. The areas where I think it could improve a bit are: - The gripping animation is a bit slow to react when the button is pressed. - Unless I missed it in the options, adding haptic feedback to the button presses could greatly improve the players concept of appropriate gripping and pressing. - The fries textures don't have a real noticeable difference when cooked vs raw, maybe adding a more golden brown color will help? - Being able to remove the items of missed orders to place them on appropriate trays would really help the player organise. And as far as what could be added: - Adding a freshness timer/making dishes or ingredients deteriorate over time or if dropped on floor/counter. - A way to prepare your vegetables on maybe a cutting b...
I really like how this game is different than the other burger/cooking games that I've played so far. What a gem! The missions start off fairly easy, which let you get comfortable with the cooking actions, but it quickly gets chaotic as you progress in higher missions. My GF and I had a blast with this game. We hope to do a duel match as soon as her new headset arrives. There is even a no-brainer tutorial to get you started. In short, simple intuitive controls, perfect graphics for this type of game (similar to job simulator), challenging missions and lovely soundtracks! If you don't have it yet, buy it immediately, on sale or not! It's worth much more! Highly recommend this game.
Although this is the perfect game for me as a woman, unfortunately I found the game to be super repetitive, atleast in real life I have other options to make things in the kitchen besides hamburgers, fries and hotdogs. Only upside of this game, is that I whopped iNoToRiOuS in the cooking department.
Experienced on the Meta Quest 3
You can view my review & gameplay here: THIS GAME IS TOO AWFUL TO DO A VIDEO ON. This game was originally released in Early Access back in 2018. While it does seem that some updates were made (plates don't seem to break anymore when you throw them), this game is so out-dated it's almost laughable. Do you want a room-scale game with no locomotion or turning? This is the game for you. Do you like simple VR mechanics that are one step above pure point and click? Then this game is for you. Do you want simple gameplay with little depth? This game got that for you. Do you like in-game settings in your game? Forget about that here. You just head right into gameplay. No tutorial, no nothing. Just straight into gameplay! Just place the patty in the pan and watch it cook by itself. Do everything with your hands. You don't need kitchen utensils like a spatula! Yeah, it's a pretty dumb game. Customers have numbers on top of them. They show a pictograph ...
The play scale is off and inability to adjust height means that my shorter friends were unable to reach the menu options making the game impossible to play
The PvP is what made this game really shines. The single player mode is alright but if your looking for a game to play with friends, this is it. Most VR games get boring quickly. Even being early access title, it is still more entertaining than many others. It does well at what it does, even it’s repetitive and it is a lot fun. So many cool things that can be done and would make it a “VR cooking esports”, one of the few VR games I am looking forward to seeing more content added...
