Guarantee there is no other game that feels more like a chore than a game. Everything is just so plain. I really can't find a better way to put it.

From the start things looked grim. I spawned in a square room with a chute. The instructions were obscured by a shaft of light. The only way i could see it was by sticking my head through this 2D image. It still was not clear what the instruction meant. Through trial and error I managed to grab a pickaxe and bash a wall behind me by mistake. On my next swing I struck a rock and bumped the grip button... dropping my pickaxe. I shouldn't have to explain this but.... When you swing an object IRL you tend to fudging grip the damn thing!!! Grip to drop killed "blade and sorcery" for me, cant play it. The 4th or 5th time I dropped it over a ledge and lost it. I started looking for some form of option menu to perhaps change this. It doesn't seem to exist, if it does I couldn't find it. While i was trying all the buttons the level ended. and then the next. I had no idea wtf was going on. It wasn't apparent until i noticed the clock on the back of my hand counting down. Almost nothing was...

gave the game a shot a few times. really couldnt get into the whole time trial aspect, you get to spend maybe 2:30 on a floor. meaning getting all the resources is more of a race then anything else, somthing that usually doesnt feel great in VR, and this is no exception. i was expecting a bit more of a puzzle experience or just a chill mining game. TLDR: not a fan of time trials. rushing in VR doenst feel good.

its an absolutely fun game and the game makers are always open to ideas and have grate sense of humour go check there discord all the proof is there cave digger is there discord name

I'm suprised this game has such negitive reviews. Sure, there's a lot of grinding, it's its a game about mining in an elevator shaft after all.

this game has a ton of content, upgrades and mines but 70% of it is inaccessible because of programming errors
