Echoes III

Compared to the excellent Echoes+ this feels like a serious downgrade. The gameplay is not bad but the 3D graphics look very rough, the soundtrack went from awesome to awful and there are serious frame rate and brief freezing/skipping issues and fewer options than before (no difficulty level select among others). Gave it a good try but after 30 minutes I requested a refund. Stick with Echoes+ until this one gets some serious work done.

If you liked the fist one you're in for a treat. More modes, more unlocables, a much needed graphics update (it's still simple, but much more effective than the first). New enemys, waves of attacks, and planets that will follow you until you either destroy them or take a hit. The mechanics are still the same (this is a twin-sticker after all), and I'm still on the fence about the music. It's part retro and part electronic, but in the end if it bothers you just mute it; It makes the game sounds sound like it's an old arcade game. There are leaderboards for all the events, but at this early stage only a few people are on it. A well recommeded purchase if this type of game is your thing.

Great game with beautiful graphics. However, very minute or so the ship randomly teleports across screen. Perhaps it will be fixed in the future.

A great game of shooting with two sticks. I suggest you check out the other totally free games by Binary Zoo, decide they are excellent and then feel amazing paying for this one. Full price preferably.

Really good twin-stick arena shooter. Plenty of bright colors and explosions. Contains multiple stages, each with multiple stages building in intensity, and each with it's own high-score list. Well worth picking up.

An absolute visual feast of a game.

If you're interested in this game but not sure about buying it, you can try Echoes+ because that's basically this but free. If you are still interested after that, I'd recommend getting this game on sale. Other than that, this game is fun and technically not too long to complete, though it's more of a game to replay to get high scores on each mode+level.

It's a nice mouse movement practice game for fps. Everything isn't unlocked at the beginning resulting in a sad viewpoint.. but there are versions already unlocked you can download.. An amount of time to unlock the full game.. But the full game is quite nice and enjoyable. Cheers my brother
