We have controller support now and the game is so much better. Good graphics and effects, good sound and great landscape. I love this game. It's getting hard to put down. Another review on here compared this game to Zelda, but I think it's more like the original Fable.

There are only a few natural disasters to ever hit the world. Tsunami's, Hurricanes, Apartheid and now Dragon's Eye... I played this game for a few hours and that small period of time felt like eternity (See Einsteins theory on relativity for references) The gameplay is clunky. The design is mediocre at best and looks cheaply made. The map doesn't ACTUALLY work as whenever you open the map, half of it is glitched off screen. I was looking forward to a small open world game where you play as a Knight and vanquish enemies. Like something out of a childrens story. Instead, i got the culmination of knock-off minecraft graphics mixed with cyberpunk but ONLY it's glitches. I'm still genuinely surprised to see that this game is being sold for more than £10. Clearly Pixel Maverick Games are trying desperately to recoup their losses with this steaming dog turd. Sometimes you just need to let a ship sink.. I understand that this game is still relatively new, having been out now for roughly...

Amazing adventure awaits. Pro: 1. Unique level design, player could use different abilities to figure out those puzzles and deal with different types of enemy. 2. Dynamic Open world and beautiful environment without too much requirement for your hardware. 3. Huge Map and huge amount of contents as for an Indie game. Dragon's Eye is looking good so far, however since it's still in EA stage, there are some stuffs which could be improved. suggestions: 1. Custom input layout--- I think it's necessary to let the player decide how to control their character. 2. Jump and roll are kind of annoying cuz they are too fast I think, however there is no sprint key and normal movement speed is kinda slow. 3. Maybe add some combos for the normal attack? Like left and right slashes with 2 clicks of LMB only, at least after you successfully block an enemy attack just like Link time in Zelda. 4. Mini map, I dont know whether it is because my progression, I hope mini map could have more details like ter...

While I only have a short time with Dragons Eye I am impressed by the effort of this game being developed by a solo dev. The game feels like it would play great on consoles so I hope to see it on switch on the future! Pros - Looks great and has an awesome zelda vibe - Performance was good, never encountered any issues - Combat felt good and I like the directional based attacks - Compelling story and a great introduction! Cons - No native controller support - Movement can feel clunky at times and Double jump controls could feel tighter - Temples seem to be based on skill jumping, would enjoy seeing more emphasis on combat

For being early access from a solo developer, this game is in awesome shape. I've put about 6 hours into the game so far and have enjoyed it all. The map is huge, there are side quests that give you different kinds of buffs to help you out, quite a few different enemies, a variety of zones/biomes, and some really great and challenging platforming. I'm excited to see what's in store once the castle is finished! Definitely worth checking out!

This game is amazing! The nostalgic vibe and beautiful fantasy environment fully fleshed out in the classic knight vs monster theme. The combat is also fun and innovative. I hope in full release there will be more narrative to the story, add functionalities such as character customization, talent trees and quest log. It has the potential to become the next 'Fable Franchise'.

I bought this game from day 1. I have played Dragons Eye throughout the updates, The last update today, makes the game graphics POP! This game belongs on Nintendo Switch! It is a perfect balance of art and color that fits the Nintendo mold. This game is an open world exploration where you will find 4 swords, Metal, Fire, Electric and Ice. There are bosses for every sword, You will also be finding Dragons Eyes, The Red, Blue and Purple. The combat is a balance of hit and run, blocking with your shield stuns the plethora of Monsters. This game doesn't lack in the enemies (Bad Guys). Which is very Amazing! Not many Dev Games go into this much concept. The cons of the game was the map or lack of, but the developer fix it so that you see everything and know where you are at. I actually enjoyed this game and think many people who enjoy an exploration adventure game would love this game!
