I’d probably go with a mixed review if I could. It’s not terrible, but it’s not that great either. I’ll give it a thumbs down because one room makes you find again the same objects that you just found if you click on the wrong portrait when it asks for the queen’s portrait. In addition, they could have done a better job with the translation from French into English. For example, I didn’t understand the face card puzzle until I realized that R (roi) should have been translated as K (king). The solution is based on the sequence RDCV which makes sense in French, but not in English. A note about face cards. In a standard deck, the order is KQJ: king, queen, and jack. Tarot decks have knights as an additional face card between queens and jacks. Therefore, in a tarot deck, the order is KQCJ : king, queen, cavalier (knight), and jack. The French version of KQCJ is RDCV, which means roi, dame, chevalier, and valet.

pros + nice looking colorful background graphics + hidden object scenes enjoyable + hint system helpful + a few puzzles enjoyable + there is auto save + story is ok + game is cheap cons - there are no voice overs - after a while background musics getting repetitive - frustrating jigsaw puzzles and repetitive reflex games - frustrating slider puzzles fortunately you can skip them - game is short - there are no cards and achievements
Too bad this game isn't optimized for today's standard, these games were made for 4:3 screens, full screen mode is still 4:3 with a lot of empty space around it. How in earth are you going to see what you need to see if it's so damn small? Then it got those magnifying glasses, but it gets deactivated at most times. Normally I recommend every hidden object game, but lately, I look very closely if they have full screen mode like it supposed to have. Otherwise I rather not bother buying them. For the game itself, it works. And if you like to collect them, buy them! Like I did, I bought it, because I love Hidden Object Games. There is only one thing that bothered me a little bit, you need to find an object in like, 5 times. You click the object, it doesn't go away, it just lights up slightly. If that doesn't bother you, be my guest!
Worth Buying or Not in 2019?
Unless you got a 4:3 monitor, you will enjoy this game. But we are in 2019, most people have big screens, so you mig...
The Three Musketeers - D'Artagnan & the 12 Jewels is a mobile app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a real PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy mobile devs. The game insultingly rips off the 19th century story of gallantry about the French Musketeers for the personal, unethical profit of the greedy mobile devs at Microids. Like, the arrogance and insults here are so bad the "developers" here don't acknowledge the French author, Alexandre Dumas, and instead claim his work for their own. Sure, the work of Dumas is in the public domain, but stealing his works and pretending you own them, and trying to gain money for them is highly unethical. Yeah, you too, Disney. Anyway, about this crap mobile app: From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no options to change the resolution for the game or customise the graphics settings. There's no way for gamers to ensure this is running...
i really liked this game, but i finished it in two hours but it was really good thank you so much
A horrid waste of time. Even for a point and click game, it's boring. So simple that it feels like a childs game, but it's not for children, and it's DEFINITELY not for ANYONE who wears glasses. The worst part about this game, is the blasted music. Whoever put that garbage on a loop owes me money for pain and suffering.

too bad, unfortunately
Yes, I recommend this game, but only if you enjoy this particular genre. It is not HdO's best effort, however.
