I wish there was a "neutral" review option. Game's not bad. I thought it was "alright"; it's just that there's better titles out there, more worth your time and money. Go play the Amnesia or Outlast franchises instead, or Soma, or the Resident Evil games. This is just not scary, the "monsters" are silly, gameplay is janky and full of frustrating mechanics.

Enjoyed the play through. Bit repetitive in places but the spooky sounds kept me keyd in. If you like slow, intense horrors. You'll love this.

I liked the atmosphere and the plot. The stealth mechanic sadly just doesn't work properly. Standing still without breathing - enemie will get you. Running past them, it's too fast for them to react. This makes the gameplay rather frustrating than scary. Also a big factor for annoyance are the visuals. Good graphics - lovely. But most the time it's really dark and you can't see your path properly. Some might say it is part of the atmosphere, but for me i just don't like it. Overall It is pretty unique and i liked it tho, so i would recommend. But be aware - if you are looking for a good challenge in mechanics and combat, or a scary experience with jump scares, you will not like the game.
