It's basically one of those flash games you'd play in school 15 years ago instead of doing work, except those were free.

About This Game
Welcome to Helping Hand!
This game is about communicating with characters, unlocking new environments and possibly ruling the world - all with just your left hand. Throughout the game, you can use up to seven unique hand gestures to communicate with people and fiddle with your environment. Careful though, try not to anger people too much – your life could depend on it!
Helping Hand works with a keyboard and mouse. Each finger within the game relies on a separate input. By default, the controls are:
“1” for your pinky finger
“2” for your ring finger
“3” for your middle finger
“4” for your index finger
“Space Bar” for your thumb
As you press each button, your finger will bend. If you bend your fingers in the right combination, you will form a gesture. Check out the instruction screen if you’re stuck and feel free to change the finger inputs inside the game!
Good luck! And try to be nice to Nurse Barbara…

disabled comments thanks to all the triggered kids that didnt agree with my review. you didn't play this game, so stfu- you have literally no opinion worth listening to. I did play this, I wrote the review. don't liek my review? go buy the game yourself, and write a review. waste your own money and time. have anice day. slow. not funny, slow. you can't even pass the tutorial ( at least I can't, why would you ever need to press 5 keys on a keyboard at once? ) ^ there is nothing in the game that needs you to press 5 keys at once. there are gestures in the game for holding down certain fingers, but NONE OF THEM REQUIRE YOU TO MAKE A FIST BY PRESSING ALL 5 BUTTONS. okay children? this is the reaason i pointed it out, but you would know this if you played the dang game. i had some issues windowing, but maybe that's just windows 10. but yeah.. not a very well-executed idea, I mean the only things that even make sense are flipping the middle finger, or making an okay sign. It's not liek y...
You can give people the finger like... the entire time. I feel represented. 13/10
Well that got out of hand quickly. Seems like it would be best if you only experienced this first hand. This is hands down a game that is short and sweet. Know that your money is in good hands because this was not made hand over fist. Ill be on my way out to wash my hands from these handy puns.
I bought this game thinking it would give me a good laugh and it did for only a few moments. The voice acting made me giggle but it oover stayed its welcome, the story line became increasingly boring despite it only being about a 30 minute game. There were a few quirky jokes here and there but i spent the other 27 minutes pretty board. For $8.99 this game doesn't really justify itself, you're set on a predetermined path that you can't really do much about. It's essentially paying $9 to watch a 30 minutes cartoon and not at all worth it
If you like playing with your hand then this is the perfect game for you!
No replay value, the voices are annoying, a trump joke, this game just sucks. Also you have to be under 18 to be get with the Make A Wish foundation and something is revealed later which confirms your over 18.
THIS GAME IS A SCAM Barely even a game, several bugs that won't be fixed because the dev(s) has abandoned the game. The dev(s) already have my and everyone else's money. The dev(s) don't care. The game isn't even that enjoyable. It's almost a flash game you'd play 15 years ago. But those were better. Remember the Digital Homicide drama? If not, google it. It's that level of bad here. If the game were only $1-2, maybe. But this garbage "game" is $10. It's a disgustingly blatant scam. DO NOT BUY THIS GAME
helping hand is a rip off its no fun
I really wanted to like this for the superb premise, but a game like this lives or dies on the quality of the comedy writing. Sometimes you hear about a game getting dinged for 'programmer art'. Well, this is 'programmer comedy'.
