To play or not to play? In a few words: bloody love this game! If you’re an addict of space or wanna command a starship held together by sheer will and a ragtag crew, this game is a good choice. About the gameplay. This game has many common features with classical roguelikes, but a big plus is that it automatically saves the progress. It saves a lot of nervous so you can relax. When you enter the game you get a crew and 3 starships. During the adventure you can upgrade them: buy weapon in shops on a starmap, install different modules and change the parametres. You can also find some rewards in friendly locations or sell defeated ships after battles. This game requires careful tactics and resource management. The text quests are curious and have many funny moments. You often have a choice how to behave yourself with your crew and enemies. You should remember that your decisions have aftermath. The visual atmosphere is what I especially like. These backgrounds bewitch. Music ...

If your soul calls to the stars and loves adventures then it's your chance! But it won't be an easy path, expect brutal dangers on battlefields. Think twice what you mount into your ships, you'll need synergy otherwise you won't survive. But what is it technically you may ask? Well... let's see. - There are eight sectors with a tough boss-battle at the end of each - Sectors are split into 20-30 (?) "points of interest" - Each point of interest will bring you some dialogs and sometimes battles - Sometimes problems can be solved in different ways. Sometimes it depends on your reputation (plain good/bad guy scale) - Don't expect serious Sci-Fi from dialogs. They are rather naive and short. Sometimes they just pretend to be something more. I think it's even better for such a journey - Each sector has 2 "point of interest"-shops. There you can repair your ships, buy a new one and buy weapons/modules to enhance your ships - There are a lot of different weapons with different mechanics and ...
There is a lot of problems with this baby. Micromanaging all the ships all the time gets dry pretty fast. And the plot seems to assume you've visited every planet in every sector but also limits your jumps with fuel so you really gotta fandangle the holy shit out of it do to that otherwise you get a mess of things happening that you've not actually seen. Ultimately, not a fan at all.
I liked funny quests, some topics are for adults, it’s also good. This game is fine for reading fans. About shortcomings: big ships are stupid and cannot fly for long distances. You have to show the destination several times. In general the game looks good, not boring and have fun.
Very cool concept but unfortunately the battles themselves are fiddly in a way that prevents them from being fun.
Game atmosphere reminds me of some book I was reading recently, no spoilers haha. English version seems fine now. Art and music are just great, plus I like story a lot! p.s. Major is a bitch
At first I was skeptical about whether the combat really lived up to other games in this genre like FTL... but after the first few battles (and buying my first active modules) it really started to shine. The combat is hugely reliant on positioning and frequent movement, alongside careful use of your active modules. I was quite impressed by the tactical options you get from having multiple ships, which were lacking from games like FTL. The storyline is pretty amazing as well. It feels quite fleshed out, although you don't have to read too much in one go. I've had to restart twice now and every replay gives you more context to what's going on in the world around you, which again delivers much more weight than in other roguelikes. I have yet to reach the end of the galaxy, but the difficulty is just right that I feel like I'll be able to do it, without it being easy. 9.5/10, would recommend, only gripe is that the UI is not as easy to navigate as it could be, which meant it took a lit...
the English translation could use some polish in order to properly recommend, esp. for the current asking price. Otherwise, looks/sounds fine. I'll check back later!
This game was giving off some nice Homeworld vibes until literally Space Satan showed up.
