Gotta say, some of the positive reviews are weird. This is a 'unique' game??? It's a horror walking sim we've seen a million times before. The voice acting is 'decent' or even 'good'??? Wow, your standards are low. Is it good looking? Yes. Very Unreal Engine 5. Are there some nice puzzles? Sure. Some puzzles are fun. Not particularly challenging, but fun. Other than that? Look, I hate to say negative things about other people's work, I know how hard developers work on their games. But if I read one proper review I wouldn't have bought it. So here's some red flags that I would have loved to know beforehand for anyone else out there: 1 - The voice acting is abysmal. GOOD IDEAS, Missed execution for me. RANK = 6/10 i honestly thought this was gonna be great, and while it did have its moments... I GOT BORED !!! Best part was making our way thru the FUNHOUSE but only to be derailed min later with constant escape room puzzles. Immediately Lost all the horror vibes and appeal. Spent 20mins locked in a tiny bedroom with a RED BOX that I couldnt find anything for; no prompt, nothing to activate in the room, yet had multiple items to aquire in order to unlock the box. Should have known something was up after the 1st Coin/Marble puzzle glitched out where none of the marble dropped so I could no longer proceed with the game, had to start over.
MUST PLAY!!! One of the "BEST" games I have ever played. It truly is a masterpiece in all aspects of gaming. Mystery, intrigue, horror, spooky theme park elements, futuristic fear, mind control, etc. It's just a must play in every way.
